Villa Ingrid Porter by Villa Plus
Villa Ingrid Porter is located in an ideal spot with the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars of Calan Porter just 5 minutes' walk away. The beach is also within a 15 minute walk, making it an ideal choice for those that do not wish to hire a car. The famous Caves of Xoroi are also nearby and well worth a visit. This 4 bedroom villa has a spacious terrace and pool area plus pleasant, homely interiors. WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.
This delightful villa is well positioned in Calan Porter with a choice of shops, places to eat and the mini market within walking distance. It's around 5 minutes' stroll to the resort centre, whilst a further 10 minutes downhill takes you to the sandy beach. There are numerous attractions and places to visit in the area including the famous Caves of Xoroi.
Main pool: 7.5 x 3.8 mtr, 0.8 - 1.7 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
