Perfectly located for accessibility to services and transport, the apartment is close to public parks, transportation, restaurants, bars, and a variety of cultural activities. The living room features both a lounge and dining area, and the two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and two bathrooms (one en suite) allow for a maximum occupancy of 4 people. The balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, is ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors, soaking up the sun, or simply relaxing with fantastic sea, mountain, or garden views. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the apartment. Private parking is accessible inside the building.

Located in the center of Funchal, Madeira Island, the property is ideally situated for exploring the city. The best option to reach the property is by transfer, which can be arranged with local partners and is more affordable than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily guide you to the address.

The team is always available to help or answer questions, with an app provided for guests containing important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person/stay), will be charged. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
