Amazing Place

This property is EXACTLY as advertised in its photos. The view from the balcony is awesome! The parking spot in the underground garage was great (you absolutely need a car to see São Miguel!) Getting the key and the remote control to operate the door to the underground garage couldn't be easier but, I will say, the locks are 'finicky' so keep at it and they will work. The condo itself is absolutely perfect. Comfortable, secure, clean. The motorized blinds for the doors to the balcony (door from the kitchen and bedroom) ensure that the place is dark for sleeping-something that we really appreciated. The living room couch is very comfortable. The TV system is a wee bit complicated but it can be figured out. The kitchen has everything that you need. Microwave (it grills and micros!), kettle, coffee maker, utensils, cookware, stove top, oven, fridge with ice cube maker. What more can you ask for? The bedroom has ample space for your clothing and the bed and pillows are very comfortable - and we are picky when it comes to this! The bathroom is spacious, beautiful and well stocked. There are even towels that you can take with you to the thermal springs. The owners respond readily to any questions and are cordial and friendly. You cannot ask for a better place to stay while visiting São Miguel. Again, this is an absolutely amazing place to stay with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You cannot ask for a better condo.

Wir waren 3 Wochen im Februar/März in Furnas. Der Ort ist eine gute Wahl für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Er bietet tolle Parkanlagen, heiße Quellen, Thermen und eine einzigartige Lage in einer grünen Caldeira. Mit dem Auto erreicht man wunderschöne Wandergebiete.Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber ruhig. Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster ist genial. Man sieht die Kirche vor einer grünen Caldera.Sie ist sehr gut eingerichtet und durch die Heizung der Klimaanlage auch in den Wintermonaten gemütlich warm.Die Tiefgarage ist etwas heikel, wir haben lieber die Parkplätze vor dem Haus benutzt.Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.Nach der Hälfte unseres Urlaubs wurde eine Zwischenreinigung mit Wäschewechsel gemacht.
