The apartment has several spaces: a large lounge-dining room with table and chairs, cupboards, sofa-bed, armchair and TV and direct access to the porch and terrace outside. Large modern kitchen, fully-equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for your stay: fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware. It also has a corner where you can eat, with a wooden table, chairs and bench.

There is 1 full bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine. In the sleeping area, there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

Large outdoor area including a covered porch, terrace and outdoor furniture - table and chairs, sun loungers - barbecue, outside shower and patio which surrounds the apartment.

Location

The apartment is located in the small residential area of Sarnella, close to the lighthouse, less than 200 metres from the beach, next to the coastal path which goes between Llançà and El Port de la Selva. About 4 kms from the town centre.
Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
