Good location with a beautiful terrace

We had a great holiday. Natalia is a perfect host, she is very helpful and answers quickly. The location of the house is great. 2 different beaches are Just 5 minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants around, a supermarket is also nearby. The apartment ist clean and nice, the huge terrace is very special. Thanks Natalia! Natalia!

Perfekte Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeberin

Wir waren über Pfingsten 2025 als sechsköpfige Familie in dieser großartigen Unterkunft in Llanca, die sehr zentral liegt, alles hat, was man braucht - und sehr sauber ist. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse. Von der Unterkunft aus kommt überall gut zu Fuß hin (Supermarkt, Hafen, Strand, Restaurant etc.) und braucht kein Auto. Außerdem kann man von Llanca aus in 30-60 Minuten wunderbare Orte mit dem Auto oder auch zum Teil mit dem Zug besuchen (z.B. die Dalí-Städte Figueres und Cadaqués, das Kloster Sant Pere de Rodes, Roses oder Girona). Etwas weiter entfernt - aber natürlich sehr lohnenswert - ist Barcelona. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und mit Natàlia hatten wir eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Absolute Empfehlung!

Appartement sympa propre et fonctionnel .À savoir : terrasse très sympa mais à l’étage , pas de four ni de plancha pour grillades estivales . Environnement urbain et immeuble mitoyen mais bien placé, stationnement dans les rues adjacentes et très bon rapport qualité /prix .Merci à Natalia pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son accueil ! Une hôte formidable !

Bonjour Natalia,Nous venons de passer une semaine en famille dans votre magnifique appartement. Nous étions 6 adultes et un bébé et tout le monde s’est tout de suite sentie très bien dans cette maison. La propreté est irréprochable, l’appartement est décoré et entretenu avec goût. Vous vous sentez accueilli. L’ameublement ne date pas de « la grand-mère » et les équipements sont fonctionnels et récents. La cuisine est bien équipée. Si vous venez avec un bébé n’amenez pas le mixeur, il y est !!! Le nôtre était trop petit pour en profiter mais la chambre des enfants est comme la vôtre chez vous (décoration, agencement, jeux pour tous les âges et même une étagère de livres pour enfants dans chaque langue (anglais, français, catalan…)!!. La maison est idéalement située : vous êtes au centre du port mais pas sur l’avenue principale, vous êtes donc tranquille au niveau bruit. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Mais ce qui a conquis tout le monde c’est le « roof top », cette immense toit terrasse que vous avez magnifiquement mis en valeur ou nous avons passé de merveilleuses soirées et autant de petits déjeuners au soleil du matin. Je connais Llança depuis 59 ans. Je venais avec mes parents, enfant. J’ai dû y séjournée dans une bonne vingtaine d’appartement au fil des années. Le vôtre a une mention spéciale et vient de rentrer dans le top 3 !!!Bravo pour votre travail et votre gentillesse. Merci encore pour votre confiance

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um alle umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Ausrüstung und Einrichtung der Wohnung sind super und mehr als ausreichend, allein ein kleiner Backofen fehlt. Es ist etwas hellhörig, aber auch das ist ja ziemlich normal. Eigentlich hat man ein ganzes Haus für sich allein und die Dachterrasse ist grandios. Natalia hat uns herzlich empfangen und es gab ein kleines Begrüßungsgeschenk. Alles in allem Top !!!

Todo fue genial. El piso es muy bonito, perfectamente equipado y muy luminoso. La parte de la terraza es muy grande y espaciosa. Todo muy acogedor y decorado con muy buen gusto. La propietaria es muy agradable y atenta, todo lo que hemos necesitado y las dudas que hemos tenido nos las ha solucionado enseguida y muy bien. Un 10 de experiencia y 100% recomendado. Repetiremos seguro.

Appartement confortable à 2 pas de la plage

La communication avec Natalia a été très facile et agréable, en amont comme à la fin du séjour. L’appartement était parfait pour 2 familles, et très bien situé, à proximité de plusieurs plages. Cerise sur le gâteau, il dispose d’une terrasse sur le toit, très bien aménagée, où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Rien à redire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Natalia !

Tout est fait pour faciliter le séjour : carte à disposition avec distance des plages, qualité du sable (même !), propositions de lieux à visiter dans les environs, indication des restaurants et avis de la propriétaire, disponibilité incroyable de la propriétaire ...En bref, une location que nous recommandons vivement !
