The appartment 'El Faro' is part of a large villa consisting of 2 houses. The flat is located on the lower floor and has a large private terrace with stunning sea views and a private pool (2.5x2.5).
El Faro is situated in the urbanisation Roca Maura, only 800 metres from the beautiful sandy beach and the cosy centre of L'Estartit.
Through a staircase you reach the flat with the following format: Living room with open kitchen and beautiful sea view, bathroom with toilet and shower, bedroom with double bed and air conditioning and a bedroom with trundle beds and air conditioning. Through this bedroom you reach the spacious private terrace with dining table, sun beds and private pool! There is a freezer in the laundry room. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful sea view!
There is a common laundry room with washer and dryer that you can use.

Refrigerator without freezer compartment.
Overall not sparkling.
However, only one apartment is declared as a holiday home.
Very poor access, 2 floors with external stairs.

Good morning Markus,
Thank you for your review, we are sorry to read that the pool was not clean enough. You could have called or mailed us about this. In our area, we have a lot of wind and sand in the air and the apartment is surrounded by high trees, so the water gets dirty really quickly. But we could have send someone for extra cleaning.
As you can read in the announcement, there is an extra freezer and fridge in the washing area.
We hope that you despite these inconveniences you enjoyed the beautifull view and your stay in l'Estartit.

Chouette logement, vue magnifique
Le logement était confortable et conforme à l’annonce. Vue magnifique sur la mer et les îles Medes. Seul bémol, la piscine mériterait un entretien plus régulier et réalisé par une personne compétente. De plus, une gouttière pour collecter les eaux des terrasses supérieures lors de l’arrosage automatique un jour sur deux afin que celles-ci ne tombent pas sur la terrasse du logement et dans la piscine ne serait vraiment pas du luxe. Autrement, super séjour! Les nombreux escaliers ne sont pas un probl ème pour une personne sans problème de santé mais pas fait pour une personne âgée

Estratit est magnifique.
L'appartement est sur les hauteurs du village, donc il faut un moyen de locomotion. (impossible d'aller chercher son pain le matin si on est pas un bon grimpeur...). il est propre, bien agencé et très joli. La literie est excellente.
le gros +++ c'est la piscine privée sur une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur les Iles Medes.
Idéal pour jeunes (couples ou amis)

Geweldig uitzicht
Elke keer als je naar buiten kijkt weet je het is vakantie. Elke keer de trappen op en neer is wel een dingetje. Maar zeer goede plek om je vakantie door te brengen.
