Wonderful experience

Fantastic stay

We had a great time in the appartment of Spartaco and the hospitality was great. Whatever you needed, Spartaco was right there to help out. The appartment is well equipped and the aircon was a great add on. We will come back fore sure!

Rundum perfekt

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll und im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Dass es einen kleinen Garten mit Außenbereich nir für uns gab, war v.a. für unsere 2jährige Tochter sehr angenehm. Ruhige Umgebung und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kleine ordentliche Wohnung nicht ganz ruhig.

Kleine ordentliche Wohnung für 2 Personen, bei 4 würde es eng, da wenig Abstellfläche. Die Statsstraße ist 100 m vom Haus entfernt, so dass man Motorräder und lautere Autos deutlich hört. Wer empfindlich ist muss die Fenster schließen. Die Lage ist gar nicht schlecht, allerdings gehört etwas Mut dazu, das Haus auf der Hauptstraße mit dem Fahrrad zu verlassen, wenn man etwa im 3 km entfernten Supermarkt eine Kleinigkeit besorgen möchte. Mountainbiker können natürlich über Schleichwege diese umfahren, aber mit vielen Höhenmetern. Die Lage ist aber nicht schlecht, wenn man die Insel nach Osten und Westen hin erkunden möchte. Zu empfehlen etwa ist der Radweg über Capo Liveri und dann an der Küste entlang, einfach herrlich. Die Beschreibung der Erreichbarkeit des Strandes zu Fuß ist allerdings ein Witz. Das ist schon mindestens 1 km durch Küstenlandschaft wandern (Turnschuhe). Besser Auto und dann an einen der vielen schönen Strände. Achtung manchmal Quallen, also nicht einfach hineinspringen, aber das gilt ja mittlerweile fast überall. Wenn man mit der Lage kein Problem hat, dann nix wie hin und genießen. Gute Restaurants gibt es aber auch z.B. die Möglichkeit den gemauerten Grill zu nutzen.

Schöne gepflegte Anlage

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber die immer sofort zur Stelle sind wenn man eine Frage hat. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber mit einem grossen Essplatz im Freien mit eigenem Grill. Auch eine eigene Waschmaschine ist im Apartment, was sehr praktisch ist mit kleinen Kindern.

Wunderbar

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, waren für zwei Wochen im September zu Gast in der für max. 5 Personen vorgesehenen Ferienwohnung. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt und nachts durch ein verschlossenes Tor gesichert. Wohnung und Terrasse (mit gemauertem Grill) sind gut ausgestattet und in der geräumigen Küche u.a. mit vierflammigem Herd, Backofen, großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach macht es Spaß sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Anlage liegt ein bisschen außerhalb von Capoliveri, so dass und ein Fahrzeug unbedingt erforderlich ist. Durch die strategische Lage ist dann aber auch alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Spartaco und seine Familie sind supernette Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar und unglaublich bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen oder Fragen zu beantworten. Empfehlenswert!!!

vacanza da ricordare

L'appartamento è nuovo, molto carino e funzionale. Arredato con gusto e attenzione ai particolari. Ampio lo spazio all'aperto: veranda coperta per mangiare e giardino curatissimo. Parcheggio privato di fianco all'appartamento. Spartaco è molto "affidabile" e disponibile. Risponde in tempi brevissimi alle richieste in fase di prenotazione. Ti dà un appuntamento dopo lo sbarco dal traghetto per condurti all'appartamento. Irina ha molte attenzioni verso gli ospiti (considerati tali più che "clienti") e più volte ci ha offerto frutta appena colta dal loro orto. In 15 minuti a piedi ca. si arriva alla spiaggia più vicina. Io, che cammino volentieri, ho raggiunto anche le altre della zona con percorsi un po' più lunghi ma molto piacevoli. Assolutamente da consigliare e da ritornare

Paradies mit Wermutstropfen

Eine wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage, super saubere und zweckmäßig modern eingerichtete Wohneinheit und sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter! Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Ortsbesichtigungen und mit wenigen Autominuten oder 15 - 45 minütiger Wanderung zu zwei Stränden, letzterer mit Strandbar, die bis 20. Oktober geöffnet war! Leider ist die Straße nur ca. 50 m entfernt und somit ist es tagsüber sehr laut- nachts dafür sehr ruhig! Zudem gibt es keine Heizung ( im Oktober daher kalt und feucht), keinen Backofen, keinen Toaster, keinen Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Expressokanne für zwei Tassen. Dafür ist der überdachte Essplatz draußen bei jedem Wetter nutzbar! Insgesamt ist die Anlage einfach super schön!

Soggiorno ottimo

Credo sia già stato ampiamente ribadito e non posso che confermare la grande cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari, così come la pulizia del locale, un soggiorno veramente gradevole e rilassante in un ambiente accogliente e rilassante come pochi. Unico neo, se vogliamo, la strada di accesso alla proprietà, almeno in uscita, nonostante il proprietario abbia provveduto ad installare appositi specchi che agevolano molto. Questo solo per voler " spaccare il capello in quattro", resta comunque il fatto inconfutabile che per me si è trattato di un soggiorno eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista e che consiglio caldamente a tutti.

Casa con giardino in totale relax

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento in ottime condizioni e immerso in un giardino molto curato, ricco come un orto botanico, e a ns disposizione. Il proprietario, sig. Spartaco, una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile. La zona comoda per qls spostamento all'interno dell'isola. Con una bellissima e facile passeggiata di qualche centinaio di mt si arriva alla bella spiaggia di Norsi. Consigliamo a chiunque di scegliere questa location e grazie ancora a Spartaco & Irina.

Un soggiorno stupendo

La recensione per questa struttura e i suoi proprietari non può che essere eccellente. Il complesso, che include diverse casette e piccoli appartamenti, è tenuto perfettamente. Pulizia dell'immobile impeccabile. Privacy e tranquillità assicurate. La nostra casetta aveva un piccolo giardino ad uso esclusivo, molto gradevole per colazione, cena, e relax. I proprietari sono squisiti, riservati e per nulla invadenti, ma allo stesso tempo pronti a rispondere a ogni dubbio o richiesta di consiglio. La posizione della struttura è strategica, permettendo di raggiungere in auto diverse parti dell'isola in tempi più che ragionevoli (in tempi che vanno da 15 minuti a poco meno di un'oretta si raggiungono le spiagge bianche della zona nord intorno a Portoferraio, cosi' come quelle della zona sud-ovest intono a Fetovaia). Insomma, esperienza assolutamente positiva e da rifare!

The owner was friendly, the house was clean, good beds, airco was nice. We missed the view on the terrace, some stuff of the shower didn't work well.
