VILLA NANÀ is a charming villa with a sea view, located 500 metres from the beach.<br>Pina and Nicola will be delighted to welcome you to the villa and wish you an extraordinary holiday!<br>Recently built, the villa is well-equipped and offers the finest amenities for a holiday that is both relaxing and fun. Highlights include the SWIMMING POOL, the large covered VERANDA—where daily life mainly takes place—and the spacious BARBECUE AREA.<br>The villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people under standard conditions; a baby cot is also available (upon request) to be placed in the master bedroom (we can arrange for additional beds near the main location—please request and coordinate via email). <br>Inside, the VILLA features 4<br> separate rooms:<br>- a spacious KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM<br>- a MASTER BEDROOM<br>- a 3-person BEDROOM with a French-style bed (double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top).<br>- an ANNEX with a double bed, a single bed, and an en suite bathroom.<br>- an indoor bathroom with a shower and an outdoor hot-water shower.<br>The home’s interiors are stylishly furnished. The rooms are climate-controlled via an efficient air conditioning and heating system that can be operated by remote control in every room (except the bathroom). <br>The interior of the villa is covered by Wi-Fi, and a TV with satellite reception for Hot Bird channels is also available. A safe is provided.<br><br>The highlight is the newly built 10x5-metre private infinity-edge saltwater pool (also suitable for athletic training). From the pool deck, you can enjoy a sweeping view and a spectacular sunset, and you may use all the villa’s amenities until late at night, while respecting the tranquility of the site and the rules of good conduct.<br><br> The garden, rich in aromatic plants typical of Sardinian flora, is an iconic spot for relaxing outdoors. The LARGE VERANDA, with vertical fabric shades, provides shelter from the sun and creates a relaxation area featuring comfortable sofas and coffee tables overlooking the pool, with views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The veranda also comfortably accommodates a large teak table with matching chairs for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to be enjoyed with family and/or friends.<br>The villa is accessible from the entrance through an electric gate operated by remote control or access code, ensuring a high level of privacy and tranquility.<br><br>A private driveway, accessible by car or on foot, leads to the villa, which is surrounded by a large granite stone wall and chestnut wood fences.
