Entrance hall leading to open plan living and dining area and kitchen area. Sliding doors to small courtyard garden. Full fitted kitchen includes gas hob and extractor, gas double oven, American double full height fridge / freezer with ice machine, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Ground floor cloakroom (sink and toilet). Stairs to first floor. Master bedroom with 6ft superkingsize double bed and fitted wardrobes. Further bedroom with 2x 3ft single beds. Family shower room with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Stairs to second floor. Double bedroom with standard 4ft 6ins double bed., corner window. Second family shower room with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Parking - Parking on driveway for two medium cars.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
