This modern annexe (built in 2020) has been constructed to a high standard throughout and is located in the grounds of a large detached house.
Situated just a stone's throw from the River Stour and Iford Golf Course, the property lies in easy reach of local beaches, the historic town of Christchurch, the New Forest and the Jurassic Coast. Cycle hire is available locally and Kayaks can be rented from the owners.

The property benefits from private off-road parking space and its own entrance. Guests will love the high speed internet, smart flatscreen tv and the private courtyard garden, perfect for evening dining under the stars.
