Casa Olivera - Private pool, A/C and modern

With a capacity for 6 people, this newly built chalet offers you a private saltwater pool, and air conditioning at just 250 meters from the beach. Additionally, enjoy a spacious garden and parking spaces.



The open-plan kitchen of this chalet is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience. The single-floor house features three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds in each room. Furthermore, two bathrooms with toilets and showers complete the stay. Exiting the living room, there's an area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, right in front of the private pool. The chalet includes WiFi and the plot is 600 m², allowing for multiple parking spaces within the premises.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. With the Raül Girona supermarket less than 6 km away and an excellent variety of restaurants within 3 km, you'll have all the necessary amenities to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einer Nebenstrasse mit großem Garten und privatem Pool. Die überdachte Terrasse ist groß, dass man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen kann. Die Ausstattung ist gut, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir finden, dass das Geschirr und Besteck qualitativ verbessert werden könnten, um dem Niveau des Hauses besser zu entsprechen. Auch hätten wir uns eine wöchentliche Reinigung sowie einen bequemeren und praktischeren Wäschewechsel gewünscht.

Toll ausgestattete Villa in schöner Lage

Tolles und modernes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht, besonders der Pool und der Garten waren ein Highlight, toller Service der Agentur die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und bei Problemen sich sofort darum kümmert, kurze Wege zum Strand, wie beschrieben im Internet, man hat sich wohlgefühlt und wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder. Wenn ein Auto die Einfahrt zum Haus trotz Parkverbot blockiert, ist eine Ein- und Ausfahrt etwas schwierig, Nachbarn oder Besucher ignorieren das Halteverbotsschild.

Un Séjour Inoubliable !

Nous venons de passer une semaine merveilleuse dans cette superbe maison, et nous ne pouvons que la recommander vivement ! Nous avons été enchantés par la beauté et le confort de cet endroit. La proximité de la plage est un véritable atout. En quelques minutes de marche, nous étions sur le sable ! De plus, le quartier est calme et agréable, idéal pour se reposer tout en étant proche des commodités locales. N’hésitez pas !

Schönes Haus, toller Urlaub.

Ein schönes Haus in super Lage. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Leider haben wir bei unserer Ankunft einen hohen Schaden an einem unserer Auto erlitten, da die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück sehr schwer war durch parkende Autos. Gegenüber des Tors darf kein Auto stehen
