Three bedroom villa with private pool & Seaview.

A pretty three bedroom villa with a wonderful sea view, just outside the historical village of Calonge. Large garden and 8 x 4 metres swimming pool with BBQ area.
Comfortably furnished with lounge/diner, and large double doors accessing the covered terrace. (Wonderful for alfresco eating and drinking, especially at night, with the twinkling lights of the nearby town below) Fitted kitchen with full size oven, hob microwave and large fridge and dishwasher.
Three bedrooms. Tower double bedroom with shower/WC en suite. Two ground level bedrooms, with twin singles in each room and one bathroom/WC. TV in lounge with national channels & free to view satellite channels from many countries (limited free to view English channels) Internet. Off or on road parking day/night. - If you are interested in Mountain biking or golf, there are fantastic opportunities for both sports. Please note changeover day is Saturday.

Correcte dans l’ensemble. Maison propre, piscine entretenue, belle vue… La route pour y accéder est toute cassée mais ce n’est pas de la faute des propriétaires. Et on est un peu loin de tout. Maison un peu petite par rapport au volume annoncé de 140m2. On en est loin.

Vacaciones tranquilas en familia. Zona tranquila, casa perfectamente acondicionada. A 10 minutos de la playa y con piscina limpia y estupenda para niños. Comunicación muy eficaz con la anfitriona.

Une belle maison. Beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos. Dommage que la chambre et la salle de bain dans la tour soit si exigue. Pour le reste piscine extra et équipement conforme. Heureusement que Karen était là pour nous donner toutes les informations. Merci encore à elle.

Great Villa with Lovely Sea Views

The villa was great and just what we needed for our family. It has beautiful views over to the sea and we very much enjoyed our 2 weeks there. The pool especially was a hit with our daughter! Karen was really great and responded very quickly when we needed her. Thank you for a great holiday & see you again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well planned, great terrace, a lovely big pool and a beautiful view. Our hostess Karen was nice and helpful.

Belle maison bien équipée avec une jolie vue panoramique

Super séjour, maison agréable, confortable et très bien équipée, conforme à la description.Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique sur la campagne environnante et la mer. La piscine nous a bien rafraîchis après nos ballades et nous l'avons beaucoup appréciée. La région est superbe tant sur la cote qu'à l'intérieur des terres. Approvisionnement facile dans les grandes surfaces locales à des prix très compétitifs, les restaurants proposent des menus de bonne qualité pour toutes les bourses et les bars à Tapas nous ont régalés. Un très bon séjour avec juste un petit regret, les 4 lits simples sont un peu trop étroits pour des adultes, des lits en 90 cm au lieu de 80 cm de large seraient plus adaptés. Nous conseillons cette location notamment aux famille avec enfants.

Maison très agréable et super équipée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée, tout est pensé pour que le vacancier se d'étende et ne manque de rien. La piscine est un régal et est super propre. Un seul bémol des voisins en fin de séjour irrespectueux et bruyants, mais la propriétaire n'y est pour rien ! Je pense que nous reviendrons. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui prend soin de ses locataires. Thank's !

Lovely pool - the kids loved it😊

The house is situated very nice and has a perfect view to the sea. The pool is cleaned every morning and the water is lovely. We had all our meals outside at the veranda with the stunning view. Small things could have made it a 5 star experience, like cushions for the outdoor furniture, no mosquitoes and a dishwasher. The internet solution worked perfectly and we had great help from the landlord. The 15-20 min's drive to the coastline is so much worth it! Adorable!

Wonderfully relaxing stay in a beautiful villa in a stunning setting

We stayed for 1 week at the end of June 2017. The villa and pool were extremely clean and tidy when we arrived and everything we could have hoped for. We loved Calonge and the surrounding area and will definitely be returning.
