Impressive three-bedroom, three-bathroom holiday rental, duplex style in Málaga, located in a newly constructed building with a lift.



This bright and spacious holiday apartment in Málaga features a large terrace to enjoy the sun all day long with stunning views of the city centre.



On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and large wardrobes.



Down the corridor, you will find a second full bathroom with a shower.



The bright open-plan living and dining room features a 140 cm flat-screen smart television, dining table and sofas. The enormous kitchen has all the sophisticated equipment one could dream of at home. The entire area is flooded with natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows.



A grand staircase leads you to the upper floor where you will find two more bedrooms.



The first room has a double bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second room has a double bed (160x200 cm) with a desk area.

Both rooms have natural light coming from the terrace.



The spacious terrace of this incredible holiday apartment in Málaga features an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, fridge, sink, cooking hob, a dining and living area, and high chairs with impressive views over the Cathedral and the pool area.



At the rear of the terrace, you will find an outdoor shower to cool off, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine.



The community swimming pool is just across the courtyard. Please check opening dates with the agency.



There is also a padel court in the building itself.



Please note that parking is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. The price is 15 € per day.

A wonderful stay in beautiful duplex apartment

Really clean, spacious , well equipped, comfortable and modern apartment . It was quiet despite central , convenient location. Was easyto walk to almost everywhere we wanted to in Malaga . My husband and I love this apartment. We have stayed there during the last two years and will be returning in 2026. It has the best location, a little removed from the craziness of downtown, but still close enough to easily walk to everything. It is also very quiet and private. This apartment has many features in its favor including a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good showers, and ample storage. It also has a large roof patio with an outdoor kitchen and a great view of downtown. Solaga, the rental agent, has always been very responsive to any issue or requests and the building is very clean and well cared for.

Central area. Very convenient to visit the highlights of Malaga. Very spacious and comfortable with amazing view. Myfamily and I had lots of fun and the apartment was very relaxing and gave us the ultimate holiday. In addition, there was also a paddle tennis court, that was available when we wanted to train.

What a fantastic home away from home

My family were safe and comfortable in the most beautiful of apartments which had everything you could ever need to feel at home. Close walk to the old town and local shops and a great chill vibe on the rooftop for evening drinks and bbq. I will look to stay here again the future.

The Apartment was very large and even nicer than the pictures in the listing. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the terrace in the evenings to wind down. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet as it's a few minutes walk away from the busier parts of the city which was another benefit. Overall a great stay.

The Apartment has everything you need for your stay, It’s a pleasant walk into the Centre and the Marina, the pool is fabulous for a cool down, the rooftop has bbq, fridge and wonderful views of the beautiful City of Malaga. We had a minor technical issue that was remedied very quickly. Maybe put the building name in the location details.

Amazing location and space with incredible views!

The apartment was lovely and included an amazing rooftop area with a grill. The building has a pádel court for those inclined to playing racket sports and the host provided the equipment. Carlos from Solaga was extremely helpful upon check out and we appreciated the extra bit of time. Fantastic spot if you’re able to get it!

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved the beautiful apartment. The rooms, the location, the pool - everything was perfect. Also when something didnt work - there was always someone who came immediately. Thank you very much The kitchen was not that practical, the pans got very easily burnt and hot and there was no oil/salt or some basic stuff. But that was really the only thing.
