We spend a 6 day trip visiting Malaga and enjoyed staying at Solagas place. It was close to the city, clean and also very friendly, flooded with light. The area is relaxed, the restaurant close to the appartment for very cozy and classy modern spanish cuisine.
The apt was everything you would love, clean, bright, comfortable.The beds were excellent. There was a slight odour in the building & apartment. We resolved it with an air diffuser. We knew based on previous reviews the the noise level was real. We solved this with sound cancelling air pods. It met our expectations.

I would stay here again and recommend!
We had a problem with second shower, which took a few days to fix due to the Feria event. As a consequence, Solaga, the management company, fix within a few days and gave my friend a free transport to the airport and stored my cases after I left. I also left a nice bottle of Rioja. The apartment is extremely near the bus station and Malaga Central train station. It had great Aircon and a beautiful balcony with bifold doors. The bedrooms are quite far away from each other, which means if one of you get up early the other one doesn’t have to follow suit. The management company is very responsive generally. It had everything you would want and, given that I attended in the middle of a very busy festival, it’s very quiet.

The property was very nice but they failed to tell us about the two bars downstairs that kept us up until four in the morning. I really don’t think that’s fair. I’m an older woman. Well my whole group is past 60. We came to see your beautiful country with early tours almost everyday
Very difficult because we couldn’t get any sleep at night and consequently I came home sick with the flu because I got so tired of not getting any rest. I think you need to inform people.
There is a terrible smell in that condo also I’m not sure what it was, but we looked around everywhere. We couldn’t find anything, but there’s definitely a bad smell I wouldn’t recommend it for those reasons
My husband and I stayed 5 nights in June 24. The flat was exactly as described. The location was very convenient to all that we wanted to see and do. We rented a car as we had some day trips planned. They provided us with a space in a garage about a 10 minute walk away. They charge $15 a day, which was very reasonable. We were glad we did this. The flat was lovely. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The kitchen has the basics, the balcony was spacious and shady. A few things that could be improved... There are no USB outlets, so be sure to bring your own. Both showers are very slow to drain, making anything longer than a few minutes shower a bit messy. I had to really search to find some basic supplies that would make the stay easier, such as dish detergent, laundry detergent etc. It would be nice if there was just a little welcome package with a roll of paper towels, detergent, and maybe a days worth of coffee supplies. There is an odor, at times. It's not just in the flat, so I believe the property manager who explained it has to do with the tides. It was unpleasant, but not constant and not something we couldn't live with. Lastly... This flat is right above a few clubs/bars. If you are a light sleeper this could be bothersome, especially if you are sleeping in the front bedroom. We used the back bedroom and were not bothered by the noise at all. If you're sensitive I suggest a white noise machine. Overall we had an absolutely wonderful stay!!!

Mooi centraal gelegen in de levendige wijk Soho. Op loopafstand van de haven en het strand en tevens het historische centrum. Lekker ruim met 2 slaapkamers en badkamers. Het terras geeft tussen 11:00 en 17:00 zon.
Solaga / de eigenaar kan er niets aan veranderen, maar er is zeer veel straatlawaai tot in de nacht. Dus ramen in de nacht dicht houden.
Muy caro para la calidad de la vivienda, no suficientes toallas y muy ruidoso, hay dos bares debajo de la casa hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Imposible dormir.

Très joli appartement dans le quartier SOHO
L’accueil , la gentillesse et la réactivité de José de l’agence Solaga. De plus, l’appartement était vraiment très propre . Les équipements sont très modernes. Tout fonctionnait bien. Le building est aussi très sécuritaire.
L’appartement est situé dans un quartier moins touristique que le centre historique mais il y a beaucoup de restaurants et c’est tout près du centre quand-même.
Dans l’appartement , trois éléments à améliorer :
- insonoriser davantage les fenêtres car le bruit venant des restaurants à l’extérieur est très important.
- mettre la table de la salle à manger plus près de la cuisine. Suggestion : pousser le sofa à la place de la table et avancer la table.
Le balcon est bien mais le bruit des restaurants et de l’avenue Colon limitent son utilisation .
- Il manque plusieurs articles dans la cuisine : passoire, couteau économe, grande casserole….

A great apartment, close to all the main areas. Very spacious and comfortable. A great buzz around this part of the city. The welcome was superb and Alex's advice on where to eat and drink was fantastic. We did all that he suggested and enjoyed each one. A great Autumn break for us. We plan to return.

Our worst Vrbo experience ever
The sewer gas smell is disgusting. And unbearable when the aircon is on. The restaurant and gin bar downstairs are too noisy to leave windows open at night. Management eventually delivered a fan for us which helped. But there were some days the whole building smelled of sewer gas. This cannot he healthy! Then we had no water! At all! We had to go to a hotel. I’ll give Solaga credit for trying to help, and for paying for the hotel. They really tried to make our stay better. But I don’t think this apartment should be rented until the problems are fixed. Honestly! We rent through Vrbo at least twice a year, and have never had to complain. This is serious. The location is okay but staying closer to Centro would be better. The apartment is well equipped and modern, and will be great once the smell is gone.
Also, the master shower had no hot water. Luke warm at best. But the other shower was great so we were happy with that. Too bad. This could be a 5-star apartment

Excellent property with just about everything you will need for a 1 week stay .
Great apartment in a good area , 5 minute walk to the market , 8 minute walk to the port .
It’s more commercial than residential around here , but there are plenty of shops , bars and restaurants on your doorstep.
One of the best restaurants is directly opposite ( Mesón Iberico ) , you’ll need to book a table , but it is excellent. .
We’ve stayed in just about every corner of Malaga over the years , this area was new to us , but yet again very impressed.
