Lovely 3 Bedroom Apartment with ocean view and balcony
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place with a beautiful ocean view and spacious balcony with built in bbq grill. The apartment is on the 11th floor (top floor) and has amazing scenic views of the beach and it’s surroundings!
This apartment is a new apartment building near the beach and only 8 minutes away from the international airport.
It is also only 5 minutes away by car from the old city, restaurants and the Serrezuela shopping mall!
The apartment is on the top floor with spectacular views of the beach! The beach is walking distance (2 minutes) and the old town is a 10 minute walk!
During your stay, a housekeeper will be visiting once a week to clean the apartment and change the bedsheets. This service is already included in the rental fee.
The apartment comes with washer and dryer. Hot water is available in all bathrooms and kitchen. There are TVs in all rooms including the living room. There is also a dedicated workspace area.
This apartment is privately owned and located in a private area. No parties are allowed. All rules and regulations are to be followed strictly at all times.
Guests will have access to the apartment and all apartment amenities including parking area, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, playgrounds. Host will provide keys to apartment. If key is lost, guest will be charged $65.
