Top location in Marbella

Top location in Marbella, right by cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Rooftop terrace with sea view is fantastic, very large, with canopy and separate kitchen with barbecue. Furniture and kitchen were perfectly fine. Very well maintained complex with garden and pool. Short path to the endlessly long beach promenade. Clear recommendation.

Schöne Wohnung in der nähe der Altstadt

Die Wohnung liegt in der nähe der Altstadt. Fußweg ca. 30 min. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, die Wohnanlage ist ruhig und ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Ausstattung. Drei Gläser und drei Tassen auch Besteck sollte nachgelegt werden. Sonst ist die Spülmaschine im Dauereinsatz. Die Größe der Wohnung mit 110 m² ist zu groß angegeben. Diese passt nur wenn man die Dachterrasse mit einbezieht was nicht korrekt wäre. Man hat lediglich einen Wohn-Essraum mit Schlafcouch, ein kleines Schlafzimmer und ein Mini-Bad. Dann einen Aufgang zur Dachterrasse. Ich würde die Wohnung auf 55-65 m² schätzen. Die Erreichbarkeit und Betreuung durch Emilie war super.

Fantástico lugar para disfrutar de Marbella

Ubicación inmejorable en lo mas exclusivo de Marbella. Se puede ir andando a la playa Casablanca con el mejor ambiente y los restaurantes de playa más elegantes. Muy cerca el centro con el casco antiguo y también el paseo marítimo hasta Puerto Banus. El apartamento está muy bien amueblado. Disfrutamos de la terraza todas las noches. La urbanización es encantadora. Mención especial para Ibrahim que nos recibió muy bien y es muy amable. Así la bienvenida estuvo llena de detalles como un buen vino y aperitivos par la llegada. Muchas gracias por hacernos la estancia tan agradable. Sin duda lo recomendamos. Hasta la próxima!
