Bed Bugs!!

On the first night one of our workers was staying in the smaller room, he was bitten badly by bed bugs. He rang the owner and she did get the property fumigated. However, she did ask him if he had them at home and brought them with him, as her friend stayed there the week before and said it was fine. This is unacceptable and he does not have bed bugs at home. I have tried to message the owner twice and have had no response, hence the now bad review as this couldn't be sorted privately. I also, messaged prior to the stay if there was any extra cost for annexe and had no response. They also said, the house isn't as nice as it seems on the photos.
