Located in the heart of Brixham, this newly renovated apartment with brand new furniture and fixtures makes the perfect home away from home location. Within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, cafes, shops, public transport, the harbour and beaches, this apartment is the perfect holiday base.

Three flights of bright well-lit stairs lead to a large private landing on the 2nd floor. The apartment opens into large bright hallway with storage and direct access to rest of the apartment all on one floor.

This apartment boosts an extremely large lounge, with high ornate ceiling, feature fireplace and large classic sash windows. This lounge is furnished with:
- 2 two-seater sofas
- 1 armchair
- Coffee table and side tables
- A 42’ Samsung smart TV and a Marshal Amp with blue tooth

The large family kitchen comes will brand new appliances, including;
- A full size fridge freezer
- Electric hob
- Counter high electric oven
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Undercounted lights
- Toaster, microwave and kettle
- Large dining table to comfortably accommodate 4 people

The main bedroom is furnished with:
- A double bed
- Bedside table and lamps
-Dressing table & hairdryer
-Wardrobe

The second bedroom is furnished with:
- 2 single beds
- Bedside tables and lamps
- A wardrobe with a draw at the base

Family bathroom:
- Large P shaped bath with an electric shower
- Pedestal sink with a mirror cabinet and lights

- Additional shelves
- Heated towel rail

PARKING:
The nearest car park for unloading is a 1 to 2 minute walk from the property. Once you have unloaded you can take your car to the long stay car park at Freshwater which is an 8 to 10 minute walk from the property through the harbour and shops.

Four day, eight day and monthly car park tickets can be bought at the card payment machines in the following Brixham car parks: Brixham Central and Freshwater. These tickets must be clearly displayed when parking, with all details visible.

A 4 day permit is £25 and an 8 day permit is £45. Alternatively you can purchase a virtual permit online via Torbay Council Website. Permits allow you to use over 30 car parks across Torbay.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All bedding and towels are provided, but you will need to bring your own towels for the beach or other actives.
- No infant equipment is supplied due to limited storage. Guests bringing infants will need to bring their own highchair and travel cot.
- Pets are not permitted at this property.
- £100 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT will be requested at time of booking
- CHECK IN: 3pm CHECK OUT: 10am
- ELECTRONIC GUEST/PROPERTY GUIDE will be sent once Online Check-In form is complete
- 3 nights minimum stay applies at certain times of the year, excluding Half Term weeks, Christmas and New Year
- 7 nights minimum stay applies at certain times year with changeover day on Friday
- No parties permitted
- No smoking or vaping permitted
- This property includes a small welcome/starter pack to help you on your first day of arrival. This consists of 2 toilet rolls, washing up liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets, a washing up cloth, sponge & tea towel and tea, coffee & milk sachets. Cupboard staples and any other extras are not as standard therefore we recommend ensuring you have your own supplies of anything else required.

Weekend with family
The apartment is a lovely, spacious modern one with all amenities. Location is central and excellent for exploring the area however it is right on the main road opposite the local pubs. We purchased a weekend car permit which gave us flexibility to park in any of the Torbay car parks. Great communication from the host. A fantastic weekend.

Born and raised in Brixham, Jamie spent his childhood on the local beaches and enjoyed the many outdoor pursuits Devon offers .  Kate's early childhood years were also spent by the sea in North Berwick, Scotland. Later moving to rural Berkshire, Kate enjoyed much freedom outdoors in the surrounding countryside. They have subsequently had two children of their own and hope to instil in them the same love for the outdoors, a sense of adventure, and the importance of quality time together.  Regularly taking their children back down to Devon, their treasured escapes from their busy pace of life and enjoying old fashioned fun have become a family tradition. A time to switch off and relax, to get back to nature, to try something new, explore somewhere different, and most importantly to make treasured memories. ​From the moment you arrive at a Saltwater Escapes property we aim to give you a warm welcome starting with complimentary welcome provisions with a few essentials and some local goodies too! All properties offer fantastic access to the towns treasure's including the many cafés and restaurants, the beaches and of course the beautiful sea.
