Mariners is a stunning Harbour-side Fisherman's Cottage directly on the waterfront. Just a few steps away from the inner harbour, shops, restaurants and pubs. Oozing with charm and original features, this stunning property is ideal for small to medium families or couples.
Situated over 3 floors, this property has a spacious feel with sea and harbour views from all floors.
The ground floor consists of the lounge with original wooden beams and decorative fireplace leading a well equipped galley kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven / hob leading to a small outside courtyard to the rear.
The first floor hosts the rear aspect second bedroom (double) and dining room to the front, with views over the sea & harbour.
The second floor has the family sized bathroom with shower, bath and towel rail along with the master bedroom with king-size bed with front aspect views.
We have an information tray containing menus and brochures for local activities & outlets. Please note that there are steps leading to this property.

We have had a holiday let in Brixham since 2012, having first come to the town in 2001. Mariners Cottage is a fantastic cottage in an ideal location. We have tried to make it your home from home and people tell us again and again it is charming, relaxing and cosy. We have built up our knowledge of the town over the years & are always happy to provide recommendations for activities, eateries, pubs & attractions. We very much love the town & all it has to offer and love guests to have the same experience.

Why they chose this property
Brixham is a magical place, full of history and charm. There is nowhere like it. A working, thriving fishing port hosting over 300 working boats moving in and out of the marina and harbour! Brixham is a haven for wildlife; seals, dolphins, porpoises and even basking sharks in the harbour! Brixham boasts a seawater lido, secret coves, spectacular walks and the floating museum that is the replica of the Golden Hind.
The hustle and bustle of the markets, kids crabbing, great shopping keeps this lively town buzzing. Brixham people are friendly and sociable and at night there is plenty to see and do. Frequent live music slots in the pubs are to a high standard. There's a pub or bar to suit every taste and many superb restaurants. It really has something for everyone!
