This charming apartment is the ideal place to stay; spacious, quiet, centrally located, and recently renovated. Enjoy its 3 bright rooms with closet, two of them with double beds and the third with a single bed and desk, the ideal spaces to take a break and recharge after a long day studying, working, or sightseeing. The property has a nice bathroom with shower and bidet. The living room of the property includes a 4-seat dining table, two comfortable sofas and a smart TV, and it also has a recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen, the spacious area allows you to share unforgettable moments in the company of friends and/or family who accompany you on your adventure in Madrid.

From this cozy studio, you will have everything you need to feel at home while enjoying a magnificent stay in the Spanish capital.

The apartment is located in one of the best areas of the city, Nuevos Ministerios. Situated in Tetuán, a multicultural and versatile district that perfectly represents the essence of Madrid. In this area, you can enjoy everything from museums and historic centers to typical bars and restaurants.

Moreover, the area has an unmatched spirit, asymmetrical, but at the same time magical, each corner tells you a new story, so during your walks you will see typical houses that represent past eras and just a few steps away you will find modern skyscrapers.

Going shopping on Orense Street or Bravo de Murillo Street, enjoying a delicious meal in hundreds of restaurants, having a beer in one of the typical bars, getting to know the spectacular Picasso Tower in the AZCA financial district are just some of the plans you can enjoy.



The housing is perfectly located, next to the Nuevos Ministerios station where you can take lines 6 and 10, which makes it very well connected to the airport, Atocha station, and the city center. Ideal for both getaways and business (we are very close to Azca). Walking, you can also find interesting places such as Paseo de la Castellana and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, surrounded by restaurants, leisure areas, and shopping centers like Modas Shopping, El Corte Inglés de Castellana.



For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:



1. You must sign a temporary lease contract.

2. Supplies such as electricity, water, or gas will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month (The amount applies to the total combined service expense). Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet service is complementary for all stays and will not be considered here.

3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 200 EUR.
