The announcement is for the entire apartment, it is in the capital of the island, in the center of the island and 5 km from the airport and 800 meters from the bus station, walking you can go to several beaches, with all public services, Hospital, commercial and sports port, shopping centers, banks, restaurants and bars.
It is a quiet and very bright apartment, with WIFI, it has a bedroom with a large bed and a spacious living room with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, there is a washing machine, LCD digital television, table with four chairs. The building has only two floors and the roof can be used.
You can walk everywhere and if you have a car you can go to all directions easily.
The only hospital on the island is 1 km away.
The bus station is 800 meters away, with regular lines to the Airport, Corralejo, Caleta de Fuste, Cotillo, Costa Calama and Morrojable.
The flat is very close to the main commercial areas, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, etc.

Everything one needs can be bought nearby

Excellent for family holidays. The people on site are extreemly friendly and helpful. Very clean with lots of space. Very quiet and relaxing. Can highly reccomend. Everything one needs can be bought nearby. Rita supermarket allows you to eat like a king without breaking even the most modest bank. Will definately be going back.

Good value, spacious apartment in very convenient location

We are a retired couple and were visiting Fuerteventura for the first time. We really enjoyed our 3 week stay and were very pleased we had chosen to stay in Puerto del Rosario. We were very happy in the apartment and it was as described, being spacious, bright, clean and pretty well equipped. We specially appreciated the washing machine which was in the utility room on the roof terrace and there were good lengths of washing line for drying (and a reliable breeze ). The wifi did not work to begin with but Eloy supplied a replacement and that was much better, though still quite slow. We used WhatsApp to stay in touch with him and he was very quick to respond. There is a large Hiperdino supermarket a few streets away and a Supermercado Rita even closer, as well as local bakeries and other small shops so it was very easy to shop for supplies. The bus station is a fifteen minute walk and has buses that reach almost the whole island. We travelled extensively by bus and purchased a reloadable Bono card which gives a small discount but is much more convenient than trying to always have the right cash. The local beach at Playa del Pozos is excellent for swimming as it is very sheltered and safe and is about 20 minutes walk. We look forward to returning to Fuerteventura soon and would happily return to this apartment.

Das Apartment war besser als beschrieben. Ein superschöner 3 monatiger Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sofort geholfen wenn mal irgendetwas war. Ich bin einigermaßen fit , so dass mir die Berge nichts ausgemacht haben, im Gegenteil sie haben mich fit gehalten.... Ich würde immer wieder genau dieses Apartment buchen.

Die Wohnung war schön. Uns hat es gefallen. Das W-LAN war ziemlich langsam und es gab keine Klimaanlage, hat uns aber nicht gestöhrt. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder nehmen.

limpio y centrico

Realmente está muy cerca del aeropuerto, en taxi 5 minutos y al volver fuimos en autobus y son dos paradas, nos dio facilidades a la hora de entrar, el apartamento estaba limpio, para ser pequeño es muy espacioso y luminoso, es acogedor y con un sofa muy original, la cocina tiene un poco de todo y una azotea muy amplia para tomarse una copa de vino a la luz de la luna.

Best stay ever in a paradise island

This was our first in the Canary Islands, so pretty!! We have a wonderful time, weather was also great!! It was a really lovely experience. The place was very clean with all amenities.Very close to every place we wanted to visit, close to beaches and town, the area was quiet and peaceful. For sure we would choose it again!
