Modern and well-equipped apartment on the Avenida Marítima in Puerto del Rosario, the island's capital. The apartment has a very spacious bedroom (25 m2), a spacious kitchen-living room and a bathroom. You can enjoy spectacular views of the sea from the same sofa in the apartment, to relax when you return to visit the magnificent beaches of Fuerteventura.

Das Apartment war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt am Hafen sehr zentral.Nachteil sind aber die schlecht isolierten Fenster, wodurch schon sehr früh der Verkehr und alles von Außen sehr deutlich wahrnehmbar ist.

Mi experiencia
En general bastante bien el piso, la única pega es que los cubiertos y la losa estaban un poco sucios y había un poco de polvo, por otro lado el casino está detrás y hay un poco de ruido hasta las 23h aprox.
Sin embargo el piso está muy completo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, muy fresca la casa y sin ningún problema de aparcamiento, ya que tiene toda la avenida frente al piso y la parte trasera del mismo. Muy buen trato con el propietario.
