Three level/floor bright apartment. Close to city center and beaches. Double bed rooms, two bathroom. Open space with full equipped kitchen, dining table, sofas. Two balcony.
Set in Platanias hill.

Walk to everything in Platanias village. Walk to long and sandy beaches with privacy or live music or sea sports.

Equipped with fire extinguisher and first aid kit, air-conditioning, washing machine, fast internet wi-fi, TV, refrigerator, oven, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery and all utensils for family cooking.

Linen sheets, blankets, bath towels, beach towels are provided and if needed additional beds and cot.
Linen change and cleaning service once during a week’s stay.

It is 7/24 arrival.

The welcome pack includes water, coffee, tea, biscuits, fruits and raki with local delicacies.
We will provide information on routes and visits by bicycle, motorcycle, car and of course hiking in the mountains or canyons, while explaining what you need to know to better enjoy your holidays and give information about all events in Chania concerts, and traditional festivals.

There is free street parking in frond of the building, almost always.

There is a KTEL bus line every 15 minutes, the bus stop is in 150m from the apartment in the main squaire of Platanias.
There are 10 steep steps/stairs to get to the upper bedroom.

Hot water is very limited or even no warm water if there is no sun or if it is a rainy day due to the issue of solar power tank. Cleanness of kitchen appliances needs to be improved as the previous tenant put coffee powder into the coffee filter directly without using filter paper (even the filter web) and then all the dirty coffee powder just left inside until we arrived, as well as the coffee pot was in very bad condition. Wifi didn't function in a correct way as it kept showing obtaining IP address but no exact connection.

Yes, you right about the coffee pot and the coffee powder left all over. We replaced the machine and informed the cleaning service. The coffee powder is not dirt though but is should not be left there. Hot water: you are unfair!! The first day/hour you complained I advised to turn on all the switches to get hot water in 10 min. It is the same one boiler heated by sun or electricity. I have your message that you turned it on and that all is OK with the water!! Internet Wi-Fi: I insisted to connect and test it while i was there at check in. I pointed out that there are two with almost the same name and try/use the one with name Lias apt..5g. that one is paid extra for 50Mbps, actually (speedtest) gets 35Mbps. Momentarily any net might not function as usual... "but no exact connection" no way sir! you either dont have it with this technology or you are stupid. There are a lot to notice exceptionally good in this apartment in a low low price. Next time go to 5star suite, there are a lot in Platanias.
