The building, built in the typical architectural style of Porto Pozzo, retains its original characteristics. It is located in the center of the village, right next to the most famous pastry/ice cream shop in the area.
Large apartment, recently renovated and equipped with air conditioning summer / winter in every room, is located on the first and last floor.
Two double bedrooms, one with balcony.
Large living room kitchen, modern style, fully equipped with refrigerator, electric hob, pots and dishes; living room with comfortable sofa, flat screen TV. Large bathroom covered in stone with shower, washing machine.
The apartment, in addition to being close to the beach, is two minutes from the bus stop that leads directly to the airport or the port of Olbia.
It is conveniently located a 10-minute drive from both Santa Teresa di Gallura and Palau.

Molto bene

Ci siamo trovati molto bene abbiamo trovato l' appartamento pulito e praticamente nuovo con l aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Riccardo e Cristian con cui ci siamo interfacciati sono stati gentili e accoglienti.
