Fabulous views in Mudeford from this modern townhouse that sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
As soon as you enter this home, you are immediately drawn to the calming tidal waters of Mudeford Harbour where you will be a stone’s throw from the sea.
Surrounded by Blue Flag seas and sandy beaches, beautiful coast lines, water sports on your doorstep, beachside sauna, fish restaurants, and a local pub, this is a great holiday getaway for anyone looking for a break.
There are 3 floors in this modern townhouse, each one with a bedroom and bathroom.
Downstairs is a bright clean room with 2 single beds, accompanied by a small shower room across the hallway. In the back of the ground floor is a modern kitchen dining room looking out onto Mudeford green and water, with a small walled garden from where you can bask in the sun in summer and take in an ever changing view all year round.
On the middle floor there is a large open lounge with a beautiful view, and a balcony with a bench you can soak up the absolutely stunning sunsets. There is a shelf of games for you to enjoy and a large smart TV where you can enjoy any of your favourite programmes.
From the lounge, a door gives extra privacy to a second area with a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower room and toilet.
Upstairs on the top floor you will find the Master Bedroom and Ensuite bath and shower room, extremely comfortably presented with a Superking bed, and an office space with another balcony to enjoy the wonderful views.
Once you arrive at the home, and park your car up the drive there is almost no need to get back in the car.
FOOD:
Two fantastic restaurants within walking distance - 3 mins walk to The Jetty, and 10 mins walk along the beach front to The Noisy Lobster, plus the local Mudeford Haven House Inn. There is a great local Fish and Chip bar a 2 mins drive down the road, which is an absolute must if you fancy a takeaway in the comfort of your home.
The Fish Stall on Mudeford Quay means you can buy fresh fish and cook your own delicious dinner in the modern kitchen whilst watching the view from the comfort of home.
Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Aldi are all just a few mins drive, and most of them also deliver to the house.
You will also find take out fish and chips to eat on the tables at the beach, at The Noisy Lobster hatch, where you can also purchase amazing coffee and pastries for breakfast.
The Icecream Parlour at Avon Beach, serves delicious Dorset ice cream, a must for any holiday by the sea.
ACTIVITIES:
Avon Beach is a stunning sandy beach with Blue Flag Status which goes on for miles and has regular swimmers and beach goers. You can find areas that are bustling with people, other areas which are nice and quiet. Some areas of beach have dogs all year round and others are dog free May to September.
A 10 mins walk across the green and along the beach and you will get to a very well run beachside sauna - The Saltwater Sauna where booking is essential.
Walk further down the beach past the beach huts to Highcliffe Castle, and then onto the Cliffhanger Restaurant with cliff side views.
Almost all year round the ferry runs from Mudeford Quay over to Hengistbury Head and the sandpit which is a fabulous car free zone with incredible beaches and cliff top walks.

With younger kids you there is the famous crabbing on the shoreline at Mudeford Quay which is great fun.
ShoreSports, just 2 mins from the house, means you can enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, windsurfing anytime that suits you.
STAY HOME:
When you want to stay home you can relax on the decking, where you can soak up the sun in a sheltered spot. If you prefer to be indoors then gaze at the view through the patio doors.
At the end of the day, cooking up a delicious dinner is easy in the well equipped kitchen and the centrepiece table that seats 6 is perfect for a social evening of board games, cheese and wine or just chilling watching TV on the smart TV in the lounge.
