Enter the property into the hallway and to your left you will find the living room with two soft, comfy sofas to relax in at the end of a busy day, with a Smart TV and the electric fire glowing, perfect to sit and relax on an evening.
Across the hallway you will find a large kitchen diner with a comfortable seating area with further Smart TV. There is a lovely choice of family games, perfect for all to enjoy quality time together.
Just off the kitchen is the spacious utility room leading to the cloakroom with a high pedestal WC.
The main hallway connects all the rooms as well as to the front and back entrance, with some accessibility aids.
There are two bedrooms, one spacious King bedroom with plenty of storage and a pretty armchair and one lovely twin bedroom.
The family bathroom has everything you may require, including a separate large shower and a separate bath.
Externally the property has a large gravel area to the surrounds of the bungalow, with a pretty lawn to front, along with a concrete boundary immediately surrounding the house for ease of walking. Sit and enjoy breakfast or an evening meal in the beautiful rural surrounding.
