Guest Access:
The house is located on a quiet residential area, with a private driveway for parking. With no steps up to the property, it's very easy to unload the car after a long drive and is accessible for guests with limited mobility.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in the quiet and desirable Pentire Headland. In just 5-minutes, you can walk to Fistral Beach - known for its pumping surf and brilliant selection of restaurants. Try Rick Stein's fish and chips, or enjoy pizza and a pint at The Stable. In 5-10 minutes, you can walk to the Gannel Estuary perfect for paddleboarding and nearby is the beautiful Crantock Beach, which has a wilder and more remote feel then other local beaches. You can also walk to the local golf course, as well as the Headland Hotel and Spa.
Newquay has a vast array of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. One of our favourites has to be Lewinnick Lodge, with its incredible ocean views and high quality food. In town, don't miss out on brunch at Box & Barber, or delicious coffees at Pavilion Bakery. You're also close to Sainsbury's supermarket (5-minute drive), which is perfect for stocking up for your trip.
Newquay has 15 beaches all within a short radius. It's located on the South West Coastal Path, so there are plenty of walks for you to enjoy. You'll find a handful of information booklets in the property, that can give you advice on what routes are best for you.
Getting Around:
The house is in a prime location, close to the beaches and everything in Newquay is within a walking distance. You can fly direct to Newquay from most major airports in the UK, and Newquay train station has excellent links with London, Bristol, Birmingham, Yorkshire and Scotland. There are local taxi firms if you don't bring a car, as well as car hire companies in the town centre.

Dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms.
