Three unique ensuite double bedrooms with exposed beams. Stunning large open plan lounge / kitchen and separate dining area with views over the delightful garden.
Delightful enclosed private garden with log burner and patio, surrounded with fairy lights for magical al fresco dining
Amazing, unique secluded and private bathing area with outdoor hot tub surrounded by plants and open to the stars. Lie back listen to the birds settle down for the night, watch the stars come out - and all from the bath! A truly unique and glorious outdoor experience.
Perfect location for exploring the fabulous Yorkshire Dales with fabulous walks along the canal and Pennine Way from our doorstep. Explore further on the Settle-Carlisle railway from Gargrave station or take a short car ride to some of the amazing sites nearby such as Bolton Abbey, Malham cove, Linton falls, Grassington, Settle and of course Skipton.
Situated in the centre of Gargrave, close to amenities, super pubs, restaurants and the river with it's picnic spots, stepping stones and fishing for tiddlers with the kids.
The space
Private courtyard with off road parking leads into a large stunning open plan lounge and delightful bespoke country kitchen with solid oak flooring and traditional exposed stone walls.
The kitchen contains all your catering needs with Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and every kitchen implement and crockery you may need. A beautiful solid slate breakfast bar provides you ample room to enjoy your morning coffee.
Leading off from the kitchen is a utility room for all your laundry needs with washing machine and dryer as well as toilet and sink.
The welcoming lounge area has a comfortable sofa and chairs to recline in after a hard days walking to enjoy a night in, watching the 42” FreeSat TV with a glass of vino or entertaining the kids with games and books. Maps and information on the local area allows you to prepare for the next day's excitement.
A beautiful bespoke oak open staircase leads you upstairs to two delightful ensuite bedrooms . One with twin singles for the children and the other with a double for mum and dad. Both have original exposed roof beams and elegant ensuite shower rooms beautifully tiled in slate and limestone. The twin has two Tom Whittaker "GnomeMan" hand crafted oak beds and the double has a Sealy orthopaedic mattress.
A lockable door leads from the lounge to a separate garden suite with dining area, sofa, satellite TV and bespoke oak staircase leading to a luxurious ensuite third bedroom with roll top bath . Ideal for the kids or grandparents to have time away from mum and dad. Two large French doors leads to the delightful private enclosed garden and patio for enjoying a little al fresco dining during the summer.
We try to provide all the essentials for a perfect stay, including just about every kitchen utensil, complimentary indulging Au Lait toiletries , coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, fresh crisp linen and fluffy Christy towels .

Getting here by car is very straightforward, we are the next village to Skipton on the A65 and have ample off road parking next to the house for 2 cars with extra parking available on request.
If you fancy leaving the car and coming by train then Gargrave train station (part of the Settle to Carlisle line) is just 10 mins walk away and the journey is less than an hour from Leeds (even London is only about 3.5 hours away !).
You can even get to Gargrave by boat on the Leeds and Liverpool canal (5 mins walk from our house) and the towpath is great for a nice easy walk to East Marton or Skipton.
For the more adventurous the Pennine Way is only 100 yards from the house and we are between East Marton (3.2 m) and Malham Cove (6.5m).
Lastly you could even fly (some of the way) as Leeds Bradford airport is less than an hour away.
