Paradise at the South Beach Access
NEW PAINT THROUGHOUT THE CONDO, NEW CARPET IN THE BEDROOMS, NEW LANAI TILE AND HURRICANE SHUTTERS
Spacious yet cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the top floor.
Wi-Fi and high speed internet are complimentary.
Very quiet complex with only 12 units in the building.
Parking for the unit is directly under the building and there is a large storage unit under the building in front of your parking space.
Impact glass and hurricane shutters make off season rentals worry free.
The complex has a beautiful heated pool and Hot Tub surrounded by pavers and an area to grille.
The spacious lanai can be accessed through sliding glass doors in the living room and the master bedroom.
The condo is fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, bed linens, kitchen appliances, beach cart, beach chairs, etc.
A few minutes walk to Marco Walk that includes five star restaurants, shopping and has a Movie Theatre.
Jet skiing, para-sailing, sailing, charter fishing, daytrips for shelling and dolphin watching are all available at the beach resorts.
Fishing boats and charters are available at Rose Marina and Walker's Hideaway marina.
The Naples Zoo is located in the center of Naples, just a short drive.
Fifth Avenue in Naples has high end shops and dining.
Everglades National Park, Briggs Nature Center, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Rookery Bay Reserve and Cocohatchee Nature Center are all nearby.

Just What We Wanted
This condo was everything we were looking for — great location with very short walk to South Beach, quiet, clean, well kept, roomy living space, nicely furnished/decorated, extremely well equipped kitchen, nice lanai over looking pool — very nice for breakfast, meals, and evening drinks, nice ground level storage that had all the beach items you could possibly need, and more - we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Todd, the owner, was great to work with. You won’t be disappointed.

Our stay was very nice. The location is a very short walk to beach. Neighbors were very nice and complex is quiet. Pool is clean. The parking is Plenty at one time we had 3 cars no problem. There is a inside storage for your bikes. The outside deck area was good size and screened over looks pool.
Owners were very quick to respond and nice. For sure would stay again

Had a great time! Unit was very comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. Pretty much everything we needed in amenities to be comfortable in the unit or to enjoy the beach were provided. Very close to beach access yet in a refreshingly quiet part of the island. Very nice pool and exceptionally nice people using it. Owner very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!
