This delightful apartment is located in the quiet Sporting Club Rio Grande residence just two km from the golden beaches of Principina Mare which can be reached via a convenient cycle path that runs alongside the beautiful pine forest. It is located on the first floor (without a lift) and is spread over two levels.A small entrance leads to the living area on the left and to the sleeping area on the right on the ground floor. The modern and colorful kitchen - living room, where you also find the washing machine is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave oven and a small TV, as well as a dining table and a comfortable sofa. It faces a beautiful terrace equipped with a mosquito net and furnished with another dining table. The sleeping area on the first floor consists of a spacious double bedroom with windows overlooking the terrace and a bathroom with shower.From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper floor where a nice double bed and a bunk bed are placed in a large room, as well as a second bathroom with shower. This room also opens onto a large terrace furnished with a small table and an umbrella, as well as a small electric barbecue.
