Apartment inserted in a fenced residence with caretaker with 2 swimming pools equipped with lifeguards, 2 tennis courts, 4 ping pong courts, 1 football field, 1 volleyball court, bowling green, bar / restaurant, games for children. house with 20 square meters2 of porch equipped with deckchairs, barbecue and fantastic outdoor area with rewinding curtain. 6 beds available, the house is very cool and does not need air conditioning. Close to many attractions, theme parks, nature trails, paths in the green, with the possibility of practicing different nautical activities on the beautiful Lake Garda. Surfing, Sup, boat rental, rafts and canoes. The residence's swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September
Near the castle of Padenghe, and the famous cities of Desenzano, Sirmione, Peschiera, Moniga, Salò and many others.

Excellent location

The owner was very helpful towards arrival, we received a bottle of Italian wine when checking in. Compact and comfortable house with everything you need. Airco very convenient. Pool and location ideal for the kids.

Ruime en rustige omgeving, heerlijk terras bij appartement met vrij uitzicht. Alleen Italianen die ook eigenaar zijn van de huisjes, dus mooi verzorgd. Leuke bar/restaurant op het terrein, rustig zwembad. Mochten alleen geen balletjes gebruiken, dus alleen zwemmen...Geen animatie met veel harde muziek, maar dat was juist fijn

Auch im Winter schön

Wir waren über Silvester hier und in der Residenz war es sehr ruhig. Für uns perfekt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Etwas oberhalb vom Parkplatz hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Prima locatie wel een paar verbeter punten.

De plek is erg mooi 'een mooi resort met veel Italianen. Er is genoeg te doen op het resort. Het appartement is wat verouderd en mag wel geüpdatet worden. Wij zaten met zijn vijven erin met drie oudere kinderen. Het appartement is dan eigenlijk te klein. 4 personen is max. Er staat een mobiele airco maar die kan zijn warmte nergens kwijt. Uiteindelijk hebben we hem voor een rooster bij de keuken gezet. 's nachts best warm in de 2 slaapkamers. Als deze probleempjes opgelost worden heb je een prima locatie.

Très belle location de vacances

Agréable maison de vacances, dans un magnifique environnement avec une grande piscine. Au calme et proche du Lac de Garde en même temps. La maison était très propre et bien aménagée. Vittorio et Monica étaient très disponibles et aimables. Je recommande !
