The property is currently "under development" and by the end of the summer will have brand-new bathrooms; for now, the bathrooms are quite basic. <br><br>Bedroom 1: The Master Bedroom—1 king-sized double bed with a view of the Shimmings Valley and garden. A large room with original oak beams and wooden floors. The room is decorated in shades of pink and green, featuring a Colefax and Fowler English tulip design. <br><br>Bedroom 2: The Monk’s Room—1 queen-sized double bed. A small but cosy room with original exposed oak beams and wood panelling, decorated in Nina Campbell’s “Amora” in soft green and gold embroidered silk. <br><br>Bedroom 3: “In the Eves” – A large single bed with an enclosed toilet and sink, and a separate dressing room area with an en suite shower and toilet. This bedroom is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.<br>The "In the Eves" bedroom is accessed via a magical 15th-century staircase that leads to two rooms with double aspect, occupying the entire third floor. On one side, from the large single bed, a guest can see the grand Georgian Petworth House next door. <br><br>Facilities include: A lounge with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating; a kitchen-diner, decorated in beautiful eau de nil blues and greens, featuring a coal-burning fireplace. <br>A kitchen-diner with an authentic Rayburn boiler, stove, and oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a beautiful chest of drawers featuring a display of 18th-century English porcelain and lovely curtains depicting English flowers in fuchsia and red chintz.<br><br>A downstairs family toilet/shower room.<br>A terrace off the kitchen with a patio table.
