Villa 1, Estura is a luxury three-storey town house in one of the region’s most beautiful and exclusive waterside settings, just a five-minute walk from Salcombe’s pretty waterfront and within easy reach of the town’s beaches. The property accommodates up to eight people in four beautifully appointed bedrooms, three of which are en suite – there is also a family bathroom. The property has a hand-crafted kitchen with Miele integrated appliances and a boiling hot water tap, a light and bright living and dining area with fabulous sea views, plus a utility room and parking for one car. Outside, there is a balcony with incredible stunning panoramic views across the estuary. The property also offers use of a private mooring by separate negotiation.
