Well furnished two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with stunning direct views of the beach and sea. This first floor apartment is also fully air conditioned, with it's own WiFi connection, fully fitted kitchen and large lounge with patio doors leading onto the terrace with beach and sea views.



Located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool set in spacious grounds. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.

Recommend Great apartment & Duquesa Estates,

Apartment was clean and large enough for four people without feeling cramped,.Well equipped for cooking I didn’t but had pretty much all the equipment you’d need, I was very impressed. The large fridge freezer was a bit rusty in places not a good look & whilst works well it shows it’s old. Theres a supermarket nearby but you need to cross a roadway bridge The washer & tumble dryer were good but some instructions in English would be useful, they & mops are in utility so makes plenty of space in the kitchen Plenty of bedroom storage. Good air con we hardly used as lounge nicely cool, WiFi good.Grounds & pool well kept, plenty of sunbeds, with a gate to beach and straight onto the walkway into port approx 10 mins all on flat ground. The selling point for us was its fantastic balcony where we spent all our time when in, nice rattan furniture not white plastic like some have. We hope to rent again & recommended to friends Duquesa Estates were very friendly, helpful & professional, we even had a lift to the apartment. To get to the apartment from the office is along an easy straight walkway about 10 mins with suitcases.

It’s a very comfortable private apartment with great views. All very well organised and well prepared instructions as we arrived after midnight, Maybe change of linen more often.

Perfect apartment

We have stayed twice at this apartment. The location is perfect, amazing sea views. So relaxing. The apartment is a very high standard and has everything you need. Los Granados itself is perfectly maintained with an excellent pool. We shall be back!

Wonderful beach front setting

Always use Duquesa Estates. 1st class. That's not to say others are not as good but we've never been swayed to use elsewhere. Accommodations we've had have always been great. The communication with their excellent staff has been fab. Nothing g has been too much trouble.

Lovely apartment in prime position

The apartment was very spacious and in such a lovely position on the seafront. It was our first visit to Duquesa and we absolutely loved it…we hope to return. The service provided by Duquesa Estates was helpful & efficient from start to finish & we would not hesitate to recommend.
