Ideally situated in the Prestigious Hacienda Beach Club & Private Residences is this magnificent Villa. Hacienda is THE ADDRESS in Cabo San Lucas. With only 16 Luxury Beachfront Villas on the property, they are exclusive and highly sought after. This Villa has over 3800 square feet of indoor living space and a spacious & beautifully landscaped outdoor space on the ocean. The infinity edge pool with jacuzzi sit perched above the beach so you have the ultimate in privacy while also being able to watch the beach and water activity. From the moment you enter the Antique Wood Entry doors you are in a private courtyard with fountain and fireplace. Once inside, the Great Room is spectacular. Full Gourmet Kitchen, gorgeous dining room, custom bar and living room flows seamlessly out the fully retractible pocket doors to the outdoor space.
Each of the 4 bedrooms have king beds, private ensuites and walk in closets.

Great Experience

This property made our first to trip to Cabo a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful, location ideal and service great. The patio (with pool/hot tub) was the perfect spot for having morning coffee and watching the incredible sunrise. Liked that the pool/hot tub (where we spent lots of time) looked out over the beach and ocean so could take in the views of people and activities going on.

Perfection!

We rented this house from Allison for a mother-daughter trip, three moms and three girls! We loved the fact that we could all have bedrooms with en suite baths. The outdoor space was wonderful. The entire place was meticulous when we arrived, and the housekeepers treated it with care each day. This home was well appointed, and had everything we needed for the week. I cannot say enough things about this beautiful property, and our wonderful agent!

Fabulous Stay

The Villa far exceeded our expectations. We've stayed in Cabo many times but first time at the Hacienda. We enjoyed hours in the private pool and lounging in the great outdoor furniture. The Villa is elegant, beautiful and well appointed. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated and spacious. The private stairwell to the beach was great too. We had the staff set up umbrellas and chairs each day for us so we could move between the beach and the villa easily. I'd highly recommend this Villa!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

My wife and I are huge fans of vacationing in Cabo and try to get down there 3 or 4 times per year. Our last stay at this home was, by far, the best vacation experience we've enjoyed there. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and sits right on a popular beach. The views are amazing and the marina, downtown, and a few popular beach bars are all just a short walk away. The community that the home is in is gated and very secure with restaurants, work out facilities, and great community pool all on the property. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for convenience, great views, and every amenity imaginable all rolled into one place.

Gorgeous, Exclusive- You'll Be Spoiled!

This Villa (and the property overall) is so well-appointed, well-maintained, luxurious, and relaxing, that we honestly will never stay anywhere else in Cabo. We've enjoyed great times with adults only (4 Bdrm has plenty of room for 4 couples), and we've celebrated holidays here with our kids. From our airport transportation, to arrival (we always enjoy the cool spa hand towels and welcome beverage), and during our entire stay, the staff is wonderfully attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and jacuzzi, the restaurant is wonderful for any time of day, and THE BEACH IS PRIVATE! Waitstaff is full service on the beach, so you can sip and snack and not be pestered by beach traffic... unless you really want to. We've chilled on the beach here, taken out jet skis, our kids took out the complimentary paddle boards, and enjoyed watching the fishing boats pass by from the marina. We were invited on a friend's yacht one trip, and the tender boat landed right on the beach to ferry us to the yacht, just in front of the Hacienda! The private beach is a few steps from The (famed) Office, and on the other end of the property, guests walk through a nice security gate to enjoy the Cabo Marina shops and restaurants. You will never even need a car here! We also love the gym and spa facilities- we've enjoyed therapeutic massages (a great way to kick off a relaxing getaway), and fabulous private Pilates sessions can be arranged (the English speaking instructor was helpful!). This place is like no other, and once you stay here, you'll find yourself daydreaming about your next visit.

We are from Colorado and have been owners at the Hacienda for many years. The Villa is our 3rd property at the Hacienda - we LOVE it. The entire property is fantastic for groups of any age - there is something for everyone. The service is top-notch and we are proud to own and share our Cabo home with you!

Why they chose this property

Medano Beach is the only swimmable beach in Cabo. The Hacienda is ideally situated close to everything. The marina, shopping, dining and entertainment is a short stroll out of the main gate.

What makes this property unique

The views of Land's End & the Arch are amazing from the terraces. We enjoy watching the whales, manta rays, sea lions and boat activity all day long.
