What this place offers
Private patio with table and chairs overlooking fields. A real sun trap. Parking Private for one car
Kitchen : Open plan dining/kitchen - Entrance from patio - with tiled floors
The dining/kitchen area consists of a fully fitted kitchen which includes fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric cooker and table with four chairs.

Downstairs Bedroom- carpeted floors with a double bed. Open plan W.C and shower.

Upstairs- Lounge with entrance to the Balcony. 4 seat sofa with flat screen TV. Open plan bed room with a super king bed. Open plan W.C and bath.

Perfect weekend getaway

This property provides a beautiful and relaxing escape to the English countryside. The accommodation was really gorgeous with incredible views and cosy outdoor space. The host was super helpful and friendly. Would strongly recommend :)

Delightful character country cottage

We loved our stay. The property was exactly as the photos described and Casja was a lovely and friendly host. We really enjoyed the pizza oven and sitting in the patio. The cottage itself is a great blend of modern and character and a great base for exploring the surrounding Kent area and sites.

Weekend Break

The property, the owners and the setting were really nice and if you want the peace of the countryside but access to plenty of things to do this is a great choice. It is a lovely place in a beautiful part of the world. The accommodation was spacious and quirky with some nice touches throughout. The property also benefits from really nice outside spaces too with the patio area with its seating pizza oven and views and the balcony again with great views. We loved our stay and would highly recommend "The Barn"

Lovely barn in countryside setting

Lovely barn with beautiful views of the countryside from the balcony and outdoor space. The barn is extremely well equipped throughout. Loved the quirky decor, fluffy towels and the welcome basket was a really thoughtful touch. The outdoor pizza oven is great, definitely worth trying. Cajsa is very welcoming and communication was excellent. The family live next door and are always available if you need them. The barn is conveniently located for visiting rye, camber, battle, Hastings etc...The photos on the website are very accurate. If you are a light sleeper the downstairs room may be better as some traffic noise can be heard from the room upstairs. Overall a relaxing stay, thank you.

Tenterden and Rye are a short drive and Camber Sands, with its sandy beach, is a must.
