The Camber Sands Holiday Park where Sea 'n' Stars is located is the UK's flagship park and has benefitted from a £2 million investment in 2017 and a further £2 million in 2020/21.

There is something for everyone to do including Kite Surfing, Golf, Water sports, Go Carts, Bungee Trampolines, Restaurants, Bike hire, Schedule of activities, Live Music*, Swimming Pools*, Entertainment* and don't forget you are on the edge of a dark sky site for amazing astronomy right from the deck.

There is plenty of parking directly in front of the property and benefits from being in the quieter and more open part of the park so parking is never normally an issue.

You will have full private access to the whole property

We will provide full details for checkin and arrival. The property has a key safe and the code will be provided

Sea 'n' Stars is situated in the most sought after part of the park where is more open, quieter and no through traffic but also only 2 minutes walk to the Entertainment Complex, Restaurants and Shops. For full details see below.

There is plenty to do within the resort and right outside the entrance is the beach so a car is not necessary. If you do want to venture further afield and don't have a car there are regular buses that run just by the entrance to the resort.

Please note that if you wish to access the main entertainment facilities after 6pm that you will need to purchase entertainment passes directly from the Park. These are primarily for the entertainment in the showbar but also include unlimited swimming. There are many other activities on the park that are either free or available for a small fee. If you would like to know more then please message us.

The park facilities are available from Feb 2025 to mid November and then reopen for Winter Wonderland on the following dates.

• Friday 5th December – Monday 8th December
• Friday 12th December – Monday 22nd December
• Tuesday 23rd December – Sunday 28th December
• Sunday 28th December – Friday 2nd January

Outside of these times the park still has a full security and maintenance detail but there are no entertainment, shopping or eating facilities available on the park directly but there are many options in the local area.

Having had a few holidays ourselves we wanted to make sure that any guests that come and stay have the best time possible and don't have to worry about what they will turn up to. We take pride in the experience and quality we offer as our guests are the ones that allow us to have Sea and Stars where we also enjoy some amazing times together.

We love going on holiday and this property stood out as what we look for when we are staying away. It is a high quality, contemporary design with all the modern touches as well as being cosy and farm. We have invested further to try and make it everything we would want it to be if we were one of our guests.

All the added touches we have made to make it warmer, more convenient, more enjoyable, the excellent views, perfect location as well as Netflix and wifi for the cosy nights in. We have also spent a lot of time and care refurbishing the property for 2022
