Sea 'n' Stars is a family run Platinum Plus Holiday home set at the famous Camber Sands beach with 7 miles of golden sand.

With all the modern amenities our contemporary accommodation will allow you to relax and unwind with views across rivers and fields or 5 minutes walk to the beach with plenty of activities in the area to keep you entertained...

The Camber Sands Holiday Park where Sea 'n' Stars is located is the UK's flagship park and has benefitted from a £2 million investment in 2017 and a further £2 million in 2020/21.

There is something for everyone to do including Kite Surfing, Golf, Water sports, Go Carts, Bungee Trampolines, Restaurants, Bike hire, Schedule of activities, Live Music*, Swimming Pools*, Entertainment* and don't forget you are on the edge of a dark sky site for amazing astronomy right from the deck.

Parking
There is plenty of parking directly in front of the property and benefits from being in the quieter and more open part of the park so parking is never normally an issue.

You will have full private access to the whole property

We will provide full details for checkin and arrival. The property has a key safe and the code will be provided

Sea 'n' Stars is situated in the most sought after part of the park where is more open, quieter and no through traffic but also only 2 minutes walk to the Entertainment Complex, Restaurants and Shops. For full details see below.

There is plenty to do within the resort and right outside the entrance is the beach so a car is not necessary. If you do want to venture further afield and don't have a car there are regular buses that run just by the entrance to the resort.

Please note that if you wish to access the main entertainment facilities after 6pm that you will need to purchase entertainment passes directly from the Park. These are primarily for the entertainment in the showbar but also include unlimited swimming. There are many other activities on the park that are either free or available for a small fee. If you would like to know more then please message us.

The park facilities are available from Feb 13th 2026 to mid November.

Outside of these times the park still has a full security and maintenance detail but there are no entertainment, shopping or eating facilities available on the park directly but there are many options in the local area.

The lodge was excellent, really homely and fully equipped. The bottle of prosecco and cake that was there when we arrived was very thoughtful. The location of the lodge was amazing and the host was very helpful with recommending places to eat. I will definitely visit again.

Brilliant getaway

This property was fantastic. Clean, great amenities, perfect location. On the edge of the caravan park so super quiet with lovely views. Only a few mins walk to the beach, where you can also get a £2 bus into Rye every hour (or a £15 taxi but make sure to call and book in advance). Ross was a very responsive host who helped with our every need. Would recommend and would stay again!

The caravan was modern, clean, spacious and exactly as described. It's a 5 min walk from the entertainment area and the views over the fields are something else. Felt like home for the week and had everything we needed. We will be booking again.

Lovely location at the back of the camp looking out over fields and river and very quiet. The villa was very clean and comfortable. We cycled on the sus trans cycle ways and they were very good taking us through pretty villages and along the coast. A lovely break. Thank you Ross

Quiet break

Very comfy stay with everything you need in the property. Especially useful as we did not really want to go out every night. (There is not a lot to do in Camber in any case!!). The location on site is excellent, very quiet with lovely views.

Ideal für einen Familienurlaub in der Nähe eines schönen öffentlichen Strands. Küche (vor allem der Ofen) hätte sauberer sein können. Der Wohnbereich war eher kühl, obwohl die Außentemperaturen noch nicht winterlich waren. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung technisch gut und zuftiedenstellend.

The Caravan was very clean and homely. The shower was powerful and the heating works very well. The hot tub was amazing! Really appreciated the cake and bubbly which went down a treat after a long journey. The children’s games were a very thoughtful touch. They kept our boys entertained nicely. We visited Howletts and Wingham wildlife parks which were both excellent. I highly recommend Khans Indian takeaway/restaurant and Oriental Chinese. We spent our last day at Camber Sands beach. Our boys loved exploring the sand dunes and collecting shells. We had a great stay.

Lovely stay

My family and I had a lovely stay at Camber this week and this property really made our stay, so comfortable and had everything we needed, including for a toddler. We were very lucky with the weather and had a lovely afternoon just sitting on the terrace, property was lovely and cosy during the chilly evenings. Close to the entertainment centre/pool and the fabulous beach! Will be returning for sure!

Herzlicher Kontakt, ordentlich und sauber

Wir waren 5 Tage zu Gast im Sea n Stars. Der Kontakt mit Ross war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Auch im Vorfeld wurden alle Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Auch gab es den ein oder anderen Tipp für Ausflüge, etc. Das Mobilheim war sauber, ordentlich und bei der Einrichtung wurde an alles gedacht. Die Fotos haben nicht zu viel versprochen! Auch Gesellschaftsspiele für Kinder waren vorhanden. Der Hot Tub war frisch gereinigt und befüllt. Die Aussicht war wirklich sensationell. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das ist der etwas ruhigere Teil des Strandes. Nicht zu überfüllt, ideal für Kinder zum buddeln. Der Strand ist Teils Kies, bei Ebbe aber wunderschöner Sandstrand. Truly beautiful

As the other reviews point out, this accommodation does not disappoint. Brilliant correspondence with the owner from the start making you feel great about the booking before you even get there. Pictures showcase how nice the caravan is perfectly and I'd highly recommend booking the hot tub as well as we're going to really struggle not having a nightly dip relaxing under the stars, it was wonderful. Loved being able to walk down on to Camber Sands giant beach and enjoyed using the complex facilities for a round of crazy golf and some nice meals. We were incredibly lucky with the weather making the whole experience brilliant. Look forward to visiting again one day and will want to stay at Ross's accommodation again. Thank you.

It is a high quality, contemporary design with all the modern touches as well as being cosy and farm. We have invested further to try and make it everything we would want it to be if we were one of our guests.
