CASA MANTEL is a recently renovated historic home in the Langhe region, located in the historic centre of Novello, in the heart of the medieval village, just a short walk from the charming castle. It boasts a magnificent location in a quiet area, directly overlooking one of the town’s most spectacular viewpoints with a view of MONVISO. The building consists of two independent apartments, both of which offer an extraordinary view of the Alpine slopes. Ideal for families and groups of friends.
The apartments are spacious, cosy, and bright, tastefully furnished with natural materials and period furniture and accessories, fully respecting the home’s identity and history.
Both apartments have private access to a garden with an outdoor barbecue area and a pergola equipped for dining al fresco.

MONVISO Apartment
It is located on the ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase. The jewel of the apartment is the private terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the Monviso Alpine range. Let yourself be captivated by the colours of the sunsets, which you can enjoy in complete tranquility and with the utmost discretion and privacy. The apartment is ideal for two couples, friends, or a family looking to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy the food and wine, landscapes, and region of the Langa.

It consists of:
1 fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, and microwave, pod-style espresso machine, and moka pot
1 bathroom with complimentary toiletries, shower, hair dryer, and washing machine
1 bedroom with a double bed
1 loft with a double bed or two single beds

BELVEDERE Apartment
Ground-floor studio apartment, fully accessible and free of architectural barriers inside. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a breathtaking view of the Langa wine-growing landscape—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—surrounded by the Monviso range in the Alps. The apartment is ideal for two people, a couple, or a family looking to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy the food and wine, landscapes, and region of the Langa. The quiet area of the old village allows for a completely relaxing holiday with private spaces, ensuring maximum discretion and privacy.

It consists of:
1 fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, pod-style espresso machine, and moka pot
1 bathroom with complimentary toiletries, shower, hair dryer, and washing machine
1 entryway/living area with a relaxation zone
1 bedroom with a double bed

Upon request, a cot for children up to 3 years old can be added to both apartments.

Free parking is available just a few metres from the house. There is also a reserved parking space for people with disabilities just a few metres from the house.
