Stunning house

This enormous house nested in the pretty village of Novello was fantastic. Fabulous views, clean & huge house. Walking distance to some spectacular little restaurants nested in the village. Also a wonderful walk from the village to Barolo! Fantastic

rather expensive for what it offers

all together we enjoyed the stay at Novello. the house offers a variety of rooms and is quite cosy. It has a wonderful terrasse with great view. the kitchen is well equipped. there are two really comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom is rather dark (with no heating). one bedroom is under the roof and not suited at all for taller people. one bathroom is very modern, but without heating and gets rather clumsy. the other bathroom has only a very small shower cabin.

Beautiful location in wonderful Novello.

This charming house was perfect for our group of 4. It was well stocked, ideally located close to the village center and with great views of the surrounding country side.

Great house in perfect spot if you wanna enjoy the heart of Piemonte

This is an awesome house! Overall the standard is great, the kitchen is equipped far over standard and includes anything you might need. The beds are hotel standard and very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean, modern and nice. The location is great since you can reach more or less any Barolo village in 10 minutes by car. You got restaurants, wine bar, small supermarket within a 5 minute walk from the house. On top of that you got a beautiful terrace with nice view over the hills and a garden were you can barbecue or make pizza. We had a beautiful time in this house and can without hesitation recommend it.

Great location beautiful views

Villa Novella is the perfect location to visit Piedmont wine country. The village of Novello is small and charming allowing easy access to all the major wine producing areas, Barolo, Monforte d' Alba, La Morra, Serralunga d' Alba, and Castiglione Falletto. We were a party of three couples staying a week and felt the villa was large, comfortable, and provided everything we desired. We like to cook in with local ingredients and the kitchen was stocked with any conceivable culinary implement. The downstairs dining room was large and perfect for the six of us. The villa has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Overall I don't think you could find a better location to visit Piedmont.

Lovely village Novello, big house without Italian charm.

Very well equipped ( nice pizza Owen), but overall not very confortable, very dark even in August. Not very clean as well (windows in the living room). But Richard, as gatekeeper has been great. Far too expensive.
