The villa has 500 square meters. In the main floor you will reach all amenities you need.
Our 4 doble bedroom, with private bathroom, are fully equipped (TV, satellite channel, hair dryer, complimentary soap and shampoo, bath towels, pool towels, bed sheets, and extra pillow).
Enjoy the bright living room plenty of huge windows with breath-taking views of the Bay of Palma, in a open concept kitchen.
In the outdoor area you will enjoy several rest spaces on beds, hammocks or seats around the pool, and enjoy meals by the sea coast.
On the upper floor, you can keep in fit working out in our small gym or playing some sports in our play area for children and adults (football, basket, table-tenis...).
On the ground floor, our garage has capacity for two cars, and gives direct access to the house through the lift.
Sa Torre is a residential area on the first line of the Bay of Palma, 15 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes from Es Trenc beach. It has a golf course and restaurant area 5 minutes away.
