This semi-detached villa has a striking contemporary design with its sleek modern lines, and minimalist décor rich with original details. This home is all about contemporary facilities and a homely feel that help you relax and enjoy every minute of your getaway.



The heart of the house is the beautiful open-plan living and dining room that almost touches the swimming pool.



A brick barbecue has been provided, perfect for grilling up some summer delicacies or sampling the delicious local fish which can be purchased fresh from the local fish market.



With a stretch of golden sandy beaches just a few kilometers away and the vibrant streets of Lisbon within a half an hour's drive, this is the perfect spot for enjoying Portugal’s Lisbon coast.

Our stay was absolutely perfect

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The Villa was exactly as described, walking distance to local shops and a short drive to the beach. The Villa was brilliant for large group bookings. Every bedroom comes with its own bathroom allowing for lots of privacy. Thoroughly recommend for large groups!! Earlier check in would be a good option.

The house was incredible. Booked the place for a group of 12 international guests. We all loved the space because the rooms were spacious, each bedroom had an en-suite, perfect for entertaining and love the location which is 10 min taxi to the beach and 30 min to lisbon city so you get the best of both worlds. Villa Alba is an absolutely breathtaking luxury house! We held a birthday celebration with 11 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to socialize. The kitchen and BBQ combo was spacious and versatile. The pool was incredible! Our check-in went without a hitch with Fernanda, and we got plenty of local tips on where to go, what to eat etc. Would definitely recommend for larger groups. Even though the property is in a small, quiet village, there is a plethora of things to do and see within a 30 min Uber ride radius (including Lisbon). 28/10/24

We spent 10 days with 2 families (8pers) in this fantastic house. All facilities are plentiful. Fine rooms with good sanitary facilities. Every detail has been thought about like e.g. blackout curtains. Beautiful swimming pool, lovely bbq in the garden. Plenty of beach beds and towels. We did not use them but extra mid-week cleaning is included. Contact is excellent helpful, attentive and welcoming. Distance to beach and Lisbon is good to travel. House is in a quiet area. This home was incredible, luxurious, and stunning. The rooms were spacious, with lots of space and room for our family of ten. Not only did we receive a lovely welcoming gift, the house was well supplied. The pool and hot tub were perfect additions for ending our days of sightseeing and exploring. The grounds were gorgeous, and the smell of jasmine greeted us each morning. Fernanda was a phenomenal host manager, who went far beyond our expectations of providing solutions to every need we had. She responded positively and immediately to any request we had. We would return every year for the rest of our lives if we could! 11/05/24

Plenty of room for a large group, but would note that it is in a residential area and you are joined to next door, so you need to be quiet after 11. The projector was a lovely addition and was easy when connecting our phone and watching TV. At peak times of traffic it was taking over an hour to get into Lisbon centre but taxis were fairly cheap so as long as you leave enough time it was absolutely fine. More mirrors for getting ready would of been nice :) I would definitely book again with family. 21/09/25

Fantastic Holiday!

The accommodation was perfect for our group of 10 adult friends, 7 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms ensuring privacy and comfort. The pool couldn't be closer to the house, was lovely in the sun and just a short hop to the heated jacuzzi. The whole house was clean, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the accommodation was perfectly situated for travel to the beach (walking distance or a short car journey), getting into Lisbon (Uber, trains or driving) and further south to Setubal / Sado Estuary or east to the Tagus Estuary (car). We found plenty of activities to occupy us including excellent bird-watching, surfing, horse-riding, shopping or just sitting in beach bars watching the sun set. 13/09/25 There were minor niggles with the house, predominantly relating to electrics (AC and outside water pump tripping) but the house managers, Marie-Anne and Sergio, sorted everything as soon as we brought items to their attention and we had excellent service to from Jorge the friendly pool guy. Nothing detracted from our lovely time.

The villa manager was very responsive prior to check in, answered queries and did our food shop for us. Helped when we required anything whilst there. Met us to check in and did a walk through. The villa was beautiful, had everything we required for our stay. Pool was big and seating around was great. Hot tub is the perfect addition. Loads of seating space inside and great size kitchen. Extended family birthday holiday . The villa is even better than the pictures show. It was perfect for our group of 9 adults ranging from 25-80 yrs old. Everyone had a fantastic double en-suite room. The appliances were all top end and the kitchen had all the crockery and utensils we needed. The pool was beautiful (but chilly to get into) and having a heated hot tub made our week. There are a few shops including bakery just a 5 mins walk. We used Uber to get the nearest Aldi for our big shops. We also used Uber to get to Lisbon and the beach. Both Uber and Bolt were available and cheap to get around -so glad we didn’t go for car hire. 14/09/24 It would be useful to have mats near the pool doors (slippery) and a couple of extra sun beds. Apart from that it was perfect.

My group of 9 adults enjoyed everything and every moment in this home. It's as good, if not better, than the pictures, gorgeous! Super clean and well taken care of. We had an amazing stay at this house! Check in was smooth and check out was also smooth. They even let us check in early! The house itself is perfect for a large group but the best feature (outside is the pool and everyone having a private bathroom) was how SOUND PROOF the bedrooms were! We couldn’t hear anyone downstairsin their bedrooms. Location was a little far from town but ubers were always available within 5-10 minutes! All in all would highly recommend and was great for the value and space!

Villa Alba was hands down one of the most comfortable holidays

Villa Alba was hands down one of the most comfortable holidays I have had in years! It is the definition of PURPOSE BUILT! Fully equipped with everything you need and in the most organised way. Everything is right where you expect it to be with a little more. From basic needs such as kitchen utensils and first aid box to more interesting details like under floor heating (in the sunken lounge), automatic remote controlled window blinds everywhere, and a massive projector for cinema movie time experience. Not to forget that the rooms are ALL ENSUITE! So nice to have your own toilet/bathroom. The house is situated in a quiet residential location, 5 minutes walk from local stores and it was very easy to get Ubers to Lisbon central (appx. 30 minutes away). Further more, like any good accommodation, there is a folder full of helpful recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. I love the interactions we had with all involved, from the booking agents to the host. Whenever we had questions, we got quick answers and when there was a need, someone showed up at the door within minutes! We experienced very good customer service. Our next trip to Lisbon definitely has to be right back hereanother villa owned/recommended by this same host! Outstanding!
