About this property
OLA LIVING MACBA 1
Our comfortable one-bedroom apartment near the MACBA has capacity for 2 people. It has a double bedroom and a balcony in the living room that overlooks the street.
The kitchen is fully equipped, which allows our guests to prepare their own breakfasts or meals as if at home. The apartment has a washer-dryer in addition to Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning. It is located in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla and the Sant Antoni neighbourhood.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.
No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00.
Entries from 21:00h onwards are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of £30.

Few days to explore Barcelona
We arrived and had no instructions to enter. Filled out all the pre-arrival info requested- lots. Then they went radio silent- or do we thought. Fortunately we ran into a couple who told us to check WhatsApp. Found their communication. Loved the app to open the doors but wish they communicated well after completion of our portion of the process - needless stress. The apartment is nice but scarcely equipped. Fairly clean. Location is great to visit almost all the sights of the city. Overall a good stay.
