To avoid any deductions from your refundable Damage Deposit, please kindly leave the flat in the same condition that you found it, with no new damages, stains or missing items.

To check-out, you can leave your keys on the dining table & send us a photo of this by whatsapp. Many thanks.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

1. Disturbing neighbours in the building with partying, noise, litter, rudeness or other bad behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

2. You must leave the flat in the same condition you find it, with no new damages, stains or missing items; otherwise you must pay the repair costs.

3. £20 Extra Linen Fee per stay if you sleep on Sofabed. You must provide: - Proof of Identity - Name of each tenant and visitor with age if under 30

Property was great, well located and great value. A 5 minute walk to the transport link into central London. Clean tidy and well equipped property. Would recommend and would stay again.
