The apartment is located between the Jewish quarter and the Santa Cruz neighborhood. 10-minute walk from the Giralda and Reales Alcázares. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen, and a communal terrace with pool. Overlooking a large and quiet area with vegetation that invites relaxation. Perfect location to enjoy the city on foot. Well connected to the airport and bus and train stations. First floor with an elevator.
Central apartment in a very quiet and quiet area. Perfect for families with children.. Located in a tourist area and surrounded by the main monuments of the city. Once in the apartment you will not need transportation, you can visit all the monuments such as the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Plaza de España, the Torre del Oro, the Santa Cruz neighborhood, and the Jewish Quarter. Very close to the commercial area Sierpes, Tetouan, Plaza Nueva, where the main commercial brands are located.Very well connected with the airport, train station and buses. Taxi stops and bus lines 4 minutes. The airport bus also has a very close stop.
It is located in the tourist area so you can walk to the main monuments of the city such as the Cathedral, Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Plaza de España, Torre de Oro, Triana neighborhood, etc. It is also next to the typical area of tapas bars and the commercial area such as Calle Tetuán, Sierpes and Plaza Nueva where the Town Hall and the main commercial brands are located.

Perfect for a short stay

Absolutely loved the central location, the kitchen, smart TV, coffee machine, bed and bathroom. Pool was shut so it would have helped if the VRBO listing made this clear

Good location

Good, in general. Traumatic arrival-couldn't open street door (I think because i did not have Internet). You need to use your phone to open it! Fortunately,some neighbours came and let me in - they'd had the same experience the day before! But on a rainy night it was a horrible experience. Apartment was smaller than i expected, but fine for me as solo guest. Mattress & pillows firm. A/C & heating fine. No oven but a combination microwave alongside 2 hotplates was ok. There is a lift, which is great when youre on 2nd floor! Communal areas were clean and attractive. Roof terrace a bit neglected and the pool was very dirty. Maybe it gets cleaned for Summer. Had a couple of problems with electrics which i reported to the agent so should be fixed now. I would stay again - and hope i could have a better arrival!

Nous avons bien apprécié notre hébergement, conforme à la description. Nous avons 2 fois eu des difficultés à ouvrir la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, pas de raison apparemment (contrariant). Piscine petite mais pour se rafraichir OK et sans vis à vis

Appartement confortable et calme,conforme à la description,piscine sympa et appréciable avec la forte chaleur.Des problèmes à l arrivée car la procédure d entrée dans l immeuble n était pas fonctionnelle,nous avons mis 45 mn pour y accéder mais l agence est très réactive et nous a dépannés rapidement.Également un problème de drap non changé dans le canapé,mais il y avait un drap de rechange.
