Nestled in the heart of East Quogue Village and just minutes away from the Bay Beaches, you will find this lovingly restored 1908 traditional home. The owners have thoughtfully returned it to it's old world charm yet incorporated all of the modern conveniences. The Master Bedroom and Bathroom are located on the first floor with cathedral beamed ceilings, stunning light and sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious, fenced in, .70 acre backyard, with a heated, salt water pool. Sliding doors lead off from the kitchen making it easy and convenient to entertain.There is a large modern dining table, perfect for dinner parties, and end the night by the fire inside- listening through the collection of LPs on the Record Player, or outside at the firepit enjoying a late nite digestif. There is also a guest bedroom behind the kitchen along with a sun room at the front of the house. Two guest bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. Central HEAT + AC installed for comfort at all times on main floor, upstairs runs on a manual system which is very quick to get up or down to temperature. Not one detail has been overlooked in this charming summer oasis, it has been thoughtfully designed, with the guest's comforts highly considered. Settle in, put your feet in the pool and let the tranquility take over.

We loved every minute of our stay. Comfortable furnishings to the property maintenance was spot on. The heated saltwater pool was our favorite feature. Sarah is a very attentive and considerate host.

Summer escape

Farmhouse Retreat

The property is spectacular. It is very well manicured and maintained. The pool is perfection! The house was just perfect for our family. Our children are all adults and the accommodations worked perfectly. The decor was tasteful and minimalistic with a modern farmhouse vibe. We grilled and had everything to make nice family meals. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable and we all slept perfectly. Our cavapoo was in heaven running around the gated property! I loved how you could walk into town to the bagel store and meat market. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. We hope to come back in the future!

Wonderful 4th of July weekend!

This house is a hidden gem in East Quogue! My family rented the house for 4th of July weekend and couldn’t have been happier. The house is full of charm, beautiful property, big pool and in a great location. Sarah was a pleasure to work with- so responsive, friendly and made everything so easy for us. Next time we head at East we’ll be sure to book this home again 😊

We had a divine time in East Quogue -- we were so happy. The house was perfect and Sarah was a wonderful host. We only wish we had more time there! Highly recommended.

Charming beach house!

The house is lovely. The layout is perfect - especially the large master bedroom which overlooks the backyard and pool. It is a small house but good for a small family. It is decorated very nice with top quality linens and towels. Sarah - the owner - is very responsive. A great place for a summer escape.
