Sunset Rentals | Shorewood 439

It's all about the view in this 4th floor, 2 bedroom, and 2-bath Shorewood villa on South Forest Beach.

The tiled foyer leads to a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stackable washer/dryer, a pantry cupboard, and a convenient pass-through window to the dining area.

The colorful formal dining area has table for six. The living room also features very comfortable furnishings,a queen sleeper sofa, an entertainment center with flat screen TV, and a slider door to the outside balcony. An additional dining table for four is found on the balcony, as well as a great view of the pool and the ocean/beach beyond.

The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bath. Off the entry foyer is a hall bath and a guest bedroom with queen bed.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

Shorewood, an oceanfront complex on South Forest Beach, has an on-site pool that is heated from Oct 1 - Nov 30, and March 1 - Apr 30, a kiddy pool, stunning landscaping, and is only one block from Coligny Plaza.All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shorewood allows TWO vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Please specify number of car passes that are needed.

The condo was well located. We had a great time. My only comment would be that the bed mattresses need to be replaced. Otherwise the condo was satisfactory.

Amazing location

This unit was very dated, however, it was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location was amazing, we rented bikes and they were there upon arrival and they had everything we needed to cook meals (although the kitchen appliances looked like they were from the early 90s, they worked great!)

Positive: you took my money quickly Property has ants in the kitchen. Bought ant traps and cleaned up all the time. Too many sit around and pillows. Entire place needs professional upgrades. New furniture Grab bars need to be installed in the bathrooms. Overall pretty poor

Weeklong family vacation

One of the last properties available on south forest beach at the end of April. Inside is pretty dated and kitchen is limited if you plan to cook in. Wallpaper peeling, dishes for kitchen glass and not most practical for cooking meals in. No grills on Shorwood property. Queen beds were comfortable. Pool area was very nice. Management company promptly sent someone to care for a growing wasp nest. As a vacation property owner, this stay was ok.
