Everything with this rental space was perfect for a weekend trip for my party of 2. The neighborhood is quiet, the host was available with any and all questions I had before/during our stay. Would recommend this to any and all that are lookin for somewhere to stay off the strip. It’s far enough and close enough, where if you want to go check it out you’re able to and if you don’t want the crowd of it all, you don’t have to either. Great local shops around. Our very own parking space to park our rental, the private house/entrance is well lit and we just felt safe our entire stay! No complaints. If you’re solo or solo traveling with 2 people… this is your TOP choice when in Vegas. Thank you for hosting us!

Best Place to Stay

My best friend and I stayed here for 5 days and we loved it. It’s in a safe neighborhood, so clean and cute, and perfectly placed within 10-20 mins of all activities. We will definitely rent this space every time we’re in town.

The studio was neat and clean, except for the floor. Needs a little TLC - one stove burner didn't work, lamp on nightstand in bedroom didn't work, clock didn't work, hot & cold water are reversed in the bathroom, no grab bars in shower. Some things to add would be a big plus - dish towels, tissues, bathroom spray, extra regular toilet paper, an extra hand towel.
