I arrived in Mexico and was informed on check in that my room was double booked and someone was already there. So first day in Mexico with no where to stay. Property owner did absolutely nothing to help. She didn’t apologize and never returned my money. I am having to dispute this to get my money returned. I would never rent from this property owner! She has no business in this service industry!
