A penthouse apartment with private solarium. Just a five minute walk to the beach, this apartment is located within walking distance of a wide selection of bars, restaurants, the Puerto Rey Shopping Center and Aquavera, Vera Playa's water park.

The apartment contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, balcony off the living room and private solarium.

The community pool is located in very well maintained gardens.

Important Note: The company will not accept youth groups or bachelor party groups.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.
