On the ground floor of a farmhouse, nestled under a hill of almond and oak trees a thousand meters from the sandy beach of Marina di Campo, is Casa La Leccia.
Originally it was a cellar, thanks to a restoration done with care and respect it has preserved its original soul; the four meter high ceilings with chestnut bricks and beams take us back in time, the house was built by a family of farmers from Elba at the end of the 1800s.
The structure, which can accommodate up to six people, consists of a large living room with open kitchen and a single bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with third bed and private bathroom with shower. Small laundry room and closet accompany the comfort of your stay.
In the shade of the almond tree we find a space furnished with a table and chairs where you can have lunch comfortably while, under the plant of the large Leccia, two deck chairs invite you to read a book or enjoy the afternoon silence.
Guests can use the barbecue and the four bicycles with which you can reach the sea and the town in a few minutes. The house has a parking space.
